Description of Work: I Pre paid and vendor never could schedule a time to do service and was not responsive to my 4 attempts to schedule. My first time using Angie's Place and very suspect about using again. | |Angie's list rated them an excellent vendor and ended up quite the opposite

Description of Work: I paid the fee for the deal to Angie's List. The provider never responded to my emails and when I called him claimed he never received my emails (although he had my address). I am demanding a full refund immediately, from Angie's List. I do not want this man in my home.

Description of Work: It was fine. They came an hour earlier than they made the appointment for, which didn't work for us - conference call - so we asked them to come back on time. Boris was very nice, listened carefully to what areas I wanted cleaned, which he then translated to the two ladies, then left. The ladies were very focused and moved quickly through the house, then finished at least 15 minutes early and just packed up their things to wait for Boris to return. I should have double checked the work before they left; they'd forgotten to clean the master bath counter; the shower as well I believe. So overall they were ok, and if they were on a regular cleaning schedule over time I expect they'd be not miss any areas. Just am hoping to find better...

Description of Work: What a great experience that was. I'm still finding things that they cleaned and made to look like new again. I purchased the 4 Hour cleaning special that was advertised ... they were done in 2 hours. It was explained to me after that because it was a team of 2, they each put in 2 hours which added up to the 4 hour deal (?) Maybe that should be explained in the description so that there aren't any expectations. Looking forward to working with them again.

Description of Work: Team of cleaners showed up as scheduled and cleaned our house for the price quoted plus sales tax. Would definitely recommend. Boris, who oversees the business is a real pro.

Description of Work: We used them for a four hour clean for a specific section of our home (bedrooms). They were prompt, courteous, and hardworking. Unfortunately, there were a few missed areas. I think that might be easy to correct in future, but might take some managing on my part, which I do not have time for now.

Description of Work: Full house cleaning done by 3 women, who certainly knew what they were doing. Very focused and determined, and they seemed to work well as a team to get the job done efficiently
