Very very well! The owner provided me with an estimate and time table before performing work. Once we agreed on everything, he delivered exactly what he promised in terms of service and timing. The workers were very professional, curteous, and responsive. The owner was also there monitoring during the duration of the work performed. He also provided me with 'before' and 'after' videos. The work done was incredibly thoroughly. Every vent, every register, the exterior of each exposed duct and air handler was immaculate when they left. Also, they spent an extra few hours the following day to finish everything up at no extra charge. Couldn't recommend this company more highly!!

Could not recommend more highly!!! Fabio and his associate came out a few weeks ago and did a dryer vent cleaning - very thorough, reasonable, knowledgeable, and professional. Our duct was bent and not safe or efficient (I was unaware) and Fabio said he could replace it or repair it. To save $ I opted to repair it since we had a very old dryer. Then we bought a new dryer- the delivery people from Home Depot were so horrible that they left my dryer at my house uninstalled with the wrong cord - it had a stove cord on it instead of a dryer cord so it couldn't be plugged in. They didn't know english so we don't really know why they didn't install it - they said i had an old duct, but they delivered a new duct with the dryer?? Home Depot said we would have had to wait an additional week for their horrible people to come over and finish the job. B/c I had such a great experience with Fabio I called him back to put on a new duct - I did not feel confident that the Home Depot people would be able to do it and/or safely/corrctly. Fabio put on the new duct - the right kind of our particular situation AND changed the cord for me and didn't charge me for it (the cord change). He made sure everything was running perfectly. Checked our electric. Everything. He saved the day! Fabio came the day after i called him and had my new dryer up and running safely w/in an hour and 15 minutes. Thank you Fabio!!!!!! I can't recommend him more highly.

I really liked them. The person who owns the business was very responsible and timely. He gave good recommendations and he was very knowledgeable. I'll call them again this summer. This was my first time using them.

The vent was terribly clogged, and a mess. He showed me pictures. Fabio also installed a better vent on the outside of the house.

Fabio was awesome. He came the day after 1 reached our to him. He was on time and completely professional. He cleaned out my dryer vent & it is now working perfectly.

Fabio and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and worked without stopping for almost 5 hours. They left no evidence of having worked in the house all that time...no tools, debris or mess remained. They were very neat and left the house exactly as they found it. Duct work had not been cleaned for 5 years so was very much due. I have a very lively shedding dog, so dog hair is a constant problem. The entire house smelled clean and have noticed that usual allergies have been reduced today!

Everything went well. Fabio explained each step and problem as he discovered them and told me what solutions there were. we appreciated his punctuality, professionalism, as well as his thorough knowledge of the problem. We highly recommend him for dryer vent cleaning, and may use him in the future of other services he provides as well.

My dryer has been taking forever to dry clothes so I called Best Air to see if they could come out to clean our dryer vent. I had called someone else and they couldn't come out until Jan 8. I talked with Fabio and he said he could come out the next morning, 12/31 between 9 and 10. They showed up at 9 am and got right to work cleaning out the dryer vent. He discovered that we had outdated plastic tubing and it was a fire hazard. The tubing was full of clogged lint. After cleaning out the vent, they went to the store and came back and replaced the plastic tubing with metal tubing. Fabio and his assistant were courteous, professional and explained everything to me and showed me exactly what he would be doing and what the cost would be also. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him! I was so grateful that he came out so fast especially during the holiday season. Also, he was very nice to my over-friendly dog, Lola:)
