Description of Work: They come every other week. It took a few visits for them to get things like I wanted but after I spoke with the owner she got everything fix and they did great.

Description of Work: They totally cleaned my entire ground floor and did a great job. Attention to detail was evidenced throughout.

Description of Work: The two ladies who came were very nice and very professional. I was a little surprised that they did not bring any products at all, though. I didn't mind because I have my own products, but, depending on price, most customers would expect quality products to be supplied. Also their vacuum did not have a HEPA filter, so I had them use mine. And their mop was the horrible string type mop that just pushes the dirt around so I had them use mine. Not sure what regular prices are, since I purchased a special.

Description of Work: The company provided housecleaning by two people for four hours (an Angie's List Big Deal). The workers thoroughly cleaned an empty one-story house that is about to go on the market. The workers completed the work in the allotted time and did an excellent job. There were some changes in the time of arrival of the workers due to weather. That was okay except for the early morning phone call before I was awake to change the time. My only other concern was that neither of the workers spoke much English, which meant that communication with them about what we wanted done was more difficult.

Description of Work: Erica did a great job cleaning my home. She was polite and prompt. I would like to use them again, the only issue would be the price $129 for 4 hours seems expensive.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 4 hours "whole house" cleaning. The list of what they would do was extensive. | |Cleaner showed up on time and did an extremely thorough cleaning job. | |However, the problem came with her inability to follow my requests. I needed the first floor of my house cleaned (not appliances) for a family party the next day. I walked the cleaner upstairs and asked her to only do a quick dust and vacuum of bedrooms and a quick cleaning of the bathrooms. Two hours later, she had thoroughly cleaned only 2 bedrooms. I specifically said NOT to spend much time up there because I primarily needed the first floor done. I asked her to skip the other two bedrooms. Shortly after I heard her cleaning the master bedroom. Again, I asked her not to do that room or the other bedroom and only do a quick clean of the bathrooms. | |By the time all was said and done, she scrubbed both bathrooms using the remainder of the 4 hours. I had to clean the entire first floor myself, with an injury. | |The cleaning job performed was exceptional! BUT not what I asked for or needed. Right at the four hour mark, the cleaner went to leave. She said she'd be happy to stay an clean more but u had scheduled to be out if the house after that time thinki.g she would be done. | |I don't know if this is the case but it felt like a bait and switch to me. It was no deal if I didn't have done what I wanted even after it was verbalized multiple times. And it would not have been much of a deal if I had to pay for an additional 4 hours of "whole house" cleaning. | |Buyer beware.
