FROM MY FIRST CONTACT WITH ANGELINA TO TO THE MOMENT SARAH LEFT MY HOME ON 12/12/13, MY EXPERIENCE WITH SPARKLING CLEAN WAS EXCELLENT. PHONE CALLS WERE PROMPTLY RETURNED,AND ANGELINA WAS AWARE OF WHAT SERVICE I WAS LOOKING FOR. WHEN SARAH ARRIVED, EXACTLY ON TIME, SHE SET TO WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. EVERY SURFACE OF MY HOME WAS CLEANED AND POLISHED. WITHIN EIGHT HOURS, MY HOME WAS IMMACULATE. SARAH WAS VERY HARD WORKING AND EFFICIENT AND NEEDED LITTLE DIRECTION. SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AS WELL. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A+. I WILL USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AT A LATER DATE.

I was so pleased with the curteous,pleasant people that cleaned my house. They were very thorough and there is nothing I woud change about the work done. They followed instructions and did a remarkable job ingetting acquainted with my home on the first visit. I am looking forward tothem returning this month.

They did an amazing job on the windows. They did not have enough time to do everything. They were professional, they were neat, and they were ontime.

Met with Angelina and was very impressed. She is not the first provider that we contacted (Tried two others first on Angie's List) but WAS the first provider that called back right away and then actually showed up when she said she would. We had a pleasant conversation and she gave us a very good price of $80 per week for every other week of cleaning. She does not do the work, but Susan is our cleaning lady. I met Susan, who is very pleasant, and we were able to have a conversation. We were concerned about people that could not speak any English, but this was not a problem. It has been at least 6 weeks now (3 cleanings) and we are very happy with our choice.

This was a very positive experience. Very soon after I purchased the deal on line, I was contacted by Angelina. She was very good about replying to my emails leading up to the cleaning. Just fyi - I had to provide cleaning supplies, but this was not a problem since that was indicated in the deal I purchased. Again, not a problem - just something to be aware of. Angelina was helpful in suggesting what I should have on hand. Erica was the woman who came to do the cleaning. She was very receptive to specific requests and she was aware of the things I had discussed with Angelina Erica did a very nice job. She seemed to be detail-oriented. She did a very good job, especially in the bathrooms. I was very happy with the cleaing.

They came at the time arranged and proceeded to vacuum, dust, wipe all surfaces, get behind all the furniture, wash down my kitchen cabinets and stove and countertops and bathroom and just generally leave everything clean and tidy. I felt so good knowing everything had been moved and we found more dog toys than you can imagine! I did help move the sofas, but other than that I just let them get to it. They did a thorough job and I'm glad they came.

It went well for a first time, when the providers were not familiar with the house, and anything I brought to their attention was done promptly. They even took the trash (paper towels from washing the windows) when they left. I was satisfied enough that I'm going to continue with their services.

Two people worked together, so the 8-hour service was provided in 4 hours. I took advantage of special coupon offer. Work was done quietly, efficiently and cheerfully. We'll have the back again.

Sparking Cleaning Services did a fantastic job. They returned my calls promptly, arrived on time and did an absolutely fantastic job. The job of cleaning my home was a challenge, but the cleaning woman was cheerful, accommodating and professional throughout. I hope that this will be a long-lasting relationship that will continue to make my life MUCH easier.

I compared their price with other in the area and theirs was a bargain for an 8 hour day. Two women showed up with all the items they needed and stayed four hours. They did a nice job and I was very satisfied. I will use them again. The owners were very accessible and we spoke on the phone and emailed several times to be sure we were all on the same page about things. I was able to reach them without any problems.

The husband and wife team were prompt, professional, and courteous. Such a lovely couple. I am extremely pleased with the work they did, and look forward to having them back again.

The woman who cleaned my house was very good. The did a great job. i was very pleased. I expected to get a call from the owner of the company with whom I scheduled the appt., but when she didn't call I called her. I told her I was pleased and asked to begin service. I have not started yet, but will post once I have used them for a few months.

I called Angelina few days before to set up the appointment and left a message. She called me back promptly and we were able to set up the appointment for the date I wished for. She followed up with me to confirm the appointment the day before and called me during the appointment to check if everything was going well. Erica was the one performing the services and she was very friendly and a very hard working person (my house was the second house she was cleaning on that day!) I must say that without Angelina and Erica I wouldn't have been able to move out and clean up by the date the tenants had to move into the house. A BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH OF THEM!

Angelina is always very accomodating if I have to switch a day for cleaning. The woman who does the cleaning, Susie, is very trustworthy and does a fine job. I have had many cleaning services in the past, but have keep this service for 10 years. I am very happy with the results.
