I made this purchase over a month ago and because of my schedule and rain I held off until today May 17, ,2014 to have them come and clean my home. Erika was the cleaning woman and I can't rave enough about her and how she cleaned my home. My house has been under construction for the last 9 months since I moved in and I have renovated 5 rooms so far and there are three more to go. She cleaned my upstairs in about 1 hour and 45 minutes and it looks fantastic and smells so clean. She then cleaned my kitchen, my living room, basement and another bathroom an hour and 15 minutes and had some time to spare. I would highly recommend Erika and Sparkling and I plan to use them again in the future once my renovation is done and may continue on a monthly basis.

Ericka did a very good job. Highly reccommend to anybody needing their house cleaned.

took a bit longer than the 4 hours I purchased as the deal - no dobt because there was more work in vacuumng pet hair, etc. off the rugs. The woman who came was very easy to deal with (English was limited but she understood what we wanted) and was thorough. I think there was more to the house than expected in terms of cleaning so she was a bit rushed at the end. They did call and confirm that it was OK for her to stay the extra hour and that they would charge an extra $30.

She cleaned all of my home except for the bedrooms (by my request). My kitchen and bathroom were spotless, the floors shined, She cleaned everthing down to the picture frames and vents.

I felt that the young lady did a good job. When I came home from work, the floors and the bathrooms were clean and those were my primary concerns. The area that I wanted cleaned was about 2200 sq feet so there was a good bit of work to be done. I have hired Sparkling Cleaning to clean my home on an every 2 week basis and hope to enjoy a good relationship with them!

It was just fine. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was very simple and quick. The cleaner was a very nice lady and I was with her the whole day.

The service providers were courteous and did a very good job cleaning all the rooms in the house.

She did a great job!! The house was cleaner than I have ever seen. She was very professional and hard working.

I will never deal with them again. Someone was supposed to show up at 8am. At 9am I called to determine what was going on. They told me the person who was supposed to come had an emergency. They said they would have 2 people come out instead of one. She never called to inform me of this. She said she did, but she never did. About 20 minutes later a man and a woman came to do the work. There was a language barrier so it was difficult to communicate. What they cleaned they did great, however I tried to explain to them that the toilet in the master bathroom was not working so not to flush it. She cleaned my bedroom meticulously, but she never did the bathroom. I have a glass domed light that hangs over my kitchen table. They didn’t clean that either. Instead of being here for 4 hours the two of them only stayed here 2 hours. This ended up not being a good deal to me. She should have just contacted me to see if that was okay with me to see if it was okay to have 2 people come instead of 1. She also never called to follow up with the how the cleaning turned out. I would not use this company again in the future.

She arrived on time and immediately went to work. She had no interest in chatting with me...she just wanted to get to work. Which is precisely what you want in a cleaning person. She was up on ladders and down at baseboard level and I don't think my house has ever been so clean. She was amazing!!!

Thorough cleaning of the rooms requested. Just a bit surprised I had to provide the supplies. If it was mentioned in the listing I must gave missed it. Overall a job well done

I was very happy with this service and would hire them again in a heartbeat. The girl came ready to work and spent every minute working quickly and efficiently. She did a wonderful job. She recommended a cleaning product for my shower for next time. Even though you need to supply the products, it is a wonderful service and I like to pick the less toxic products, anyway. I highly recommend this service.

The woman was very pleasant and professional. She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. She then dusted and vacuumed the other rooms. The house was clean and shiny when she left. She did a wonderful job!

Angelina, the owner of Sparkling Cleaning Services called me shortly after I purchased an introductory 4-hour home cleaning via Angies List. Angelina was prompt to call me to introduced herself and we discussed my cleaning needs. The cleaning lady, who came a few days later was prompt, professional and did a great job. On follow-up, Angelina not only called me, but she made a personal visit to my home to discuss my needs and the services she provided. Needless to say, I decided to continue using Sparkling Clean. Indeed, I was more than pleased with her continued service. She sent an absolutely great team (2 women) on the follow-up cleaning service, and I must say, they were TERRIFIC! They were pleasant, went right to work, and didn't stop until they felt that the cleaning was up to both mine and their satisfaction. Very professional and very diligent, an I am delighted that they will continue as the "team" that will be continue to come to the house. Even my husband commented about the excellent job they did. On the "first day,"the 2 ladies" spend extra time to "get things right," so that they could establish a baseline for continued visits. The bathrooms, floors, kitchen, bedrooms were dust-free and the kitchen "sparkled." Even my husband noticed!!! I was more than pleased and I look forward to having Sparklling Clean take care of my cleaning needs on a regular basis.

They came right on time. They were very nice and pleasant. They did a wonderful & beautiful job. I was very pleased with the work. I would definitely hire them again!

Came on time and worked for four hours as agreed. I did not read the fine print very well and did not realize that I needed to provide everything to clean my house. I am sure she did her best but I have to reclean my floors, mirrors and fireplace glass doors because she was not familiar with how to use my products and they still look unclean to me.

Except for a mix-up in the arrival time (9:00a.m. instead of 12:00p.m.), everything went very smoothly. She spent the entire time cleaning and worked very hard. I had just had surgery earlier in the week, so I rested and she took care of everything. Independent, industrious and quiet. It was just what I'd hoped for.

The young woman was very nice and cleaned everything that had pet fur or dust on it and I was thrilled.

I was contacted very quickly after I purchased the $99 deal on Angie's List, and arrangements were made for a cleaner to come on one of the dates I had chosen. Since it was unlikely that the entire house could be cleaned in only 4 hours, we agreed to concentrate on floors and bathrooms. Marzena (the cleaner) arrived promptly and got straight to work. Cleaning the floors in my house is more challenging than it might seem based on square footage. I have two large black dogs who shed like mad and track lots of mud and grit into the house. I "saved up" dirt and dog hair for weeks in anticipation of the scheduled cleaning. Marzena worked solidly and energetically for four hours, and now the bathrooms are sparkling and all the floors free of dog hair! It's feels wonderful!!! Marzena was pleasant and professional, as is Angelina. Soon after Marzena left, Angelina called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My entire experience with Sparkling Cleaning Services was absolutely top notch. I'm sure I will be using the service again in the future.

The lady was on time, polite, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning my two level house in four hours. I even got some cleaning tips ! This was the first time I have hired someone to clean my house. I always tried to be a super mom. Things went out of control when I had some interior painting job done. Just could not keep up with the cleaning. When I saw the coupon, I caved in and bought it. Was I glad I did. It was so nice for a change for someone else to come and clean my house for a change. Believe me there was a lot of cleaning to be done. I was on a edge just seeing the cleaning that needed to be done. After the lady completed the tasks and left my house squeaky clean, I was in bliss. Worth every penny. I would definitely hire them again.

Good overall. She arrived a little late and left on time so I didn't get the full 4 hours. Overall I think she did a good job for the cost of the cleaning given the time constraints.

Things went very well. The owner, Angelina, was very friendly and responsive. Everything went according to plan and was executed professionally. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to others.
