Overall it turned out well. There was some miscommunication from the manager of the company and the house cleaners. I had them come back a few weeks later. They eventually did the cleaning that the Big Deal was stated for. They were very apologetic. The cleaner who came did a great job, but I was a little disappointed that only one house cleaner came out for the thorough housecleaning Big Deal. Since that experience I now have them come out for me every other week.

It was great. She was very polite, sweet, and professional. Angelina got back to me right away. I supply the products. I’ve hired them on a regular basis. The price is average.

Since we used this service before and it was satisfactory, we tried another 4 hours of cleaning but this time it was a disaster!! My wife had a selection of cleaners and rags for the cleaning lady to use but she insisted on using one rag for everything! What ever she (so called) cleaned, she left a film of filth behind. My wife ended up going around and cleaning everything that she touched. Then to top it off, she used our vacuum and sucked up a big piece of wood that got lodged into our new Dyson. It was my birthday so I was out celebrating only to have to come home & spend an hour trying to figure-out why it was not working. Since my wife & I speak no Spanish, it was almost impossible to communicate with her... So when my wife repeatedly told her to not use the same rag in the bathroom as everywhere else in the house, she just smiled & kept using it. I have pictures of everything she supposedly cleaned & you will not believe your eyes!! It was the worse non-cleaning experience ever!!

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I USED THE SERVICE. AS USUAL, MY PHONE CALL WAS RESPONDED TO QUICKLY, AND THE APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP. THE HOUSECLEANERS ARE VERY GOOD AND ANGELINA IS RESPONSIVE AND PLEASANT. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

It took a long time to get an appointment scheduled and it would be a few weeks before I would hear back from them. Two crew members came for two hours of work and they were punctual for the appointment. They brought all of the supplies needed for the work. The job that they did was incredible.

After I purchased the deal, I heard back from them within four or five hours. They arrived right on time and were even ten minutes early to the appointment. I provided my own cleaning products. I do have a floor steamer which they were uncomfortable with using and they used a mop that they provided. Two girls completed the work in about three hours.They did a really good job cleaning most of the house. The deal was supposed to cover the amount of time it took to complete all of the cleaning. By the time they got to the basement, they were rushing through the job. They did skip some major things such as wiping down Louver doors. They also accidentally broke my ceiling fan. One of the staff called the owner, Angelina, immediately and the she was in touch with me within twenty-four hours and I was reimbursed. I was very appreciative at the speed that they took care of this issue. They did a good job with most of the work. However, I wouldn't purchase this type of deal again in the future where the time is open-ended.

Shortly after I purchased the deal, the owner of the company contacted me to schedule a cleaning. I explained that I wouldn't avail of the services until I had moved into the house in another 3 months or so, and she was completely fine with that. When I finally did schedule the service, the cleaner was punctual, professional, and very thorough. I live in an old house and two of the tile floors have deeply ingrained stains that have compounded over the years. The cleaner did her best to remove the stains (she spent a LOT of time scrubbing with a brush), but was not able to. I told her it was not a problem, that I realized the stains were probably permanent and would never come out, but still she felt very bad about not being able to clean them. I could tell that she really cared about doing a good job. The rest of the floors and the bathrooms were spotless when she finished, and I was very happy with the service that was provided. I would/will use this company again.

We needed our house cleaned before my son's baptism and houseguests came. She got to my house right on time and cleaned everything we had agreed upon and more. Our guests were very impressed.

Angelina was very quick & responsive to my questions and was willing to schedule with us for the date that we requested on short notice. However, we chose to cancel when we learned that they don't supply any of the cleaning supplies or equipment, and at that point it made more sense for us to borrow a relative's steam cleaner and carpet shampooer to get what we needed done.

There was a minor issue with scheduling at first, but it was resolved satisfactorily. Two women showed up on time and went right to work. One of the bathrooms had been in bad shape. When the ladies left, the house was clean including the bathroom. I was impressed with the quality of the work, and the speed with which it was accomplished.

The owner/manager of Sparkling, Angelina, was easy to deal with to coordinate a date/time for the initial service. She was open to reviewing a baseline cleaning specification we developed and agreed that is worked as a good basic cleaning checklist. They were on time, prepared and very easy to deal with throughout the cleaning process. The cleaner (Aline) was very friendly, professional and easy to work with during her nearly 4 hours at our home.

Communication was quick from the owner, and they were able to accomodate the day I wished to have the cleaning done. The woman who cleaned the house showed up exactally on time, and was friendly. I left her to clean while I went to work. Came home and was very pleased by the job she did. Can't ask for anything more!

Patricia did an excellent job house cleaning. She was prompt, very pleasant and did a great job!

Vacuum was good; The bath tube in the up stairs bathroom wasn't touch it all. She left it unclean. Everything else was okay.

We have been using sparkling cleaning service for about two months now and they have been great. They pay attention to detail and clean our house very well every other week. We have the same crew most of the time and they are wonderful.

Very good communication in scheduling. The woman who came to clean our house was great, but did not speak much English so it was difficult to talk to her. We were able to communicate well enough for her to get the job done and done well.

She arrived promptly and worked steady until completed to my satisfaction. Excellent.

Too much house to clean? Use Sparkling Clean. Great service, on time, professional and friendly. I'll definitely do this monthly.

It went good. The first lady that they sent was awesome. I guess she went to some place else so we're trying to find somebody else as good as she was. I had no problems with them. They're good. Their price was a little above average.

I called these folks three times, and have not heard a word back from them.

The woman who came out was very friendly and very nice but I felt like the job could have been done better overall.

Before the work began the owners assesed the scope of the work. They advised that it would probably run over the contracted time of eight hous (two people for 4 hours). I agreed to pay for any time over the contracted 8 hours. I commend them on establishing the expectations and addressing any additional potential costs up front. I hate surprises. Two personell showed up on time. We had recently remodeled the kitchen so there was a lot of dust everywhere. They vacuumed and dusted 4 bedrooms, stairs, landing, linving room, dining room and family room. They also cleaned all the windows inside and out (fold-in windows). Two full baths were also cleaned. When I hire outside contractors, I expect a thorough and professional job, and I am happy to say Sparkling Cleaning lived up to those expectations. They accomplished everything in 4 hours, so I did not have to pay for additional time. Both my wife and I were very happy with the work they done. The only negative was they did not bring along a vacuum and had hardly any cleaning supplies. Luckily, we have a good working vaccum and lots of cleaning supplies ( we have a very messy 3 yr old boy and a somewhat less messy 5 year old girl). The owners should probably advise homeowners that they need to provide a vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Easy coordination with proprietor. Then Sylvana showed up on time, worked hard and did a thorough job. She was very good. I've hired her twice since!
