From start to finish everything went well... The crew arrived early, worked nonstop, had a short lunch break, worked until the sun went down and the job completed. My property was well cleaned and I was very impressed with the whole process. They did a Great job!!! Five Star Company... Thank you

If I could give Home PRO 10 stars I would. Here's why: 1. Punctuality. Brian ( the owner) not only showed up on time for our first meeting but was even a bit early. The roofers came early and worked continuously and completed the work on schedule. 2. Excellent Communication. The proposal presented consisted of the contract, awards received and reviews of the company's work, and brochures of the materials to be used. Brian, the owner, answered all questions succinctly and clearly. Additionally, I could not be at the house when the work was done, but I was kept informed by Brian and Allison (manager) every step of the way. 3. Professionalism. Calls and emails were responded to within a day and often within minutes . The roofers were a seasoned team. who did their job with efficiency and cleaned up after the job was done. Their work was meticulous. 4. A job well done. The roof looks beautiful and has received several complements. A neighbor, who observed the workers, asked for a referral. 4. They go the extra mile. The folks at Home Pro are genuinely nice people. For example, I needed pictures of the house but was away. Allison offered to drive over to the house and take them for me . I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work and the people at Home Pro.

From first contact to final contact, everything was perfect. Everyone at Home Pro was easy to work with from the owner to the installers. Their work was done in the promised time frame. Their installation team worked together like a "well-oiled machine". Home Pro has been in business for years - I understand why they are rated to highly.

Initial contact - he was very professional, already had a proposal prepared. Very professional. Work was done within half day. And, they cleaned up up everything, Both him and his wife were very nice, and very professional.

Home Pro replaced our roof. I really liked how they were very helpful in arranging the financing, doing all the leg work. I also liked the prompt and timely service with great follow up and final clean-up.

Home Pro LLC's customer service is in my opinion #1. Of all the contractors I've contacted they were the first to respond and provided an appointment immediately. The manager went over to my house brought with him a literature with their quote on the project and a catalog with pictures of roofing materials we can choose from. The owner of the company and the operations manager were very professional and prompt during meetings. The project was performed a few days later, and the project was finished in less that 5 hours. I am very happy with the job they did. After the roofing was done the crew cleaned all debris as if nothing happened. Very clean. Brought with them a couple of magnetic sweepers to pick up nails in the yard as well as the driveway. Bottom line, I am very happy with the work performed by Home Pro LLC. I highly recommend this company.

Quick and clean

Hard workers, impressed how they cleaned up after themselves leaving the place immaculate. The whole job in one day,m wow!

The owner came to our house and explained the plans, he already had looked into our home needs and had all the specks and measurements completed when he meet with us! He is very professional and very friendly to chat with. The workers were great, and did an excellent job in less time than expected.

Great company. Brian was terrific with communication with us the from estimate to completion. There was no wait time for the job to begin.
