+ -1 moreDuring the project they kept us informed of progress, estimated completion time and their schedule as things came up during the job. They worked with us to make a few minor mid project design changes and they were very accommodating. They were meticulous in cleaning up every day, debris was removed, driveway swept up and all materials neatly stacked. Last, the quality of the work was spot on. All in all everything was done to our satisfaction. Interestingly they were not the lowest bidder. We had gone down that path on a previous project and were less than pleased with the results. My wife and I both feel the incremental cost increase to bring in a very professional outfit like Patsun Builders was well worth the investment.
Description of Work: My wife and I recently undertook a major roof/structural renovation. The work included a complete re-roof, replacement of all trim and soffits (all plastic no need to ever scrape or paint again), new gutters and most significant, a structural rebuild of part of the roof that was at risk of collapse. We eventually chose Patsun Builders of Somers. When estimating the job they spent extra time explaining the options to repair the damaged structure. They offered a detailed explanation of the options, offered pro’s and con’s to each and treated us as knowledgeable homeowners. As a professional engineer I appreciated being talked to as a equal and not some ignorant homeowner.
