This company is awesome! They were professional, prompt, and clean, and the work was high quality. The office kept me informed every step of the way - communication was clear and informative. The installers were very respectful of our home and on completion, we could hardly tell they had been there at all. Most important is that our house is now significantly warmer - nk drafts or cold zones and we already observe that our heating is not continually pumping out heat - the house stays warm all day. This was one if the best decisions we have ever made and we are so happy that we chose Shelton Insulation - thanks guys!

They gave me a detailed explanation of what they were going to do and then went ahead and did it. They set up well to keep mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves so that we never knew that they were here and the house is so much more comfortable now.

We had several quotes before deciding who to select. By far, Shelton insulation and gutters had the best price, They came on the day scheduled even a little early which was ok. They had a decent size team to move the project along quickly. They cleaned up after they were done.

Very good experience. Had 5 quotes before deciding and Shelton was competitive AND went the extra mile during the process. I did walls (blow in celluloid), attic (combo of blow in celluloid and closed cell where I wanted to maintain storage), rim joist (closed cell) and the ceiling on the unfinished basement (fiberglass). I wanted to do 7 inch of closed cell which they countered as overkill sending me articles and long phone calls to explain their stance. One of the owners was involved in zero-energy houses in his early career and he knows what he is talking about! Team (5 persons) worked diligently the whole day. Bill was identical to quote, no surprises. Also worth noting: they do NET billing so they take care of all the paperwork re CT subsidies AND they work with Capital for change (3000 USD loan @ 0%). At least ask for a quote!

Very professional, great service, cleaned up perfectly, extremely honest did not blow insulation into walls that it was not needed and lowered the cost we are very satisfied.

The job was well done and very efficient. Did the large attics and basement ceiling in one day. Left the house picked up and clean. Very easy to work with. I would suggest that people are made aware of how messy and dirty the spray insulation is when done. We use the attic and had to put down plastic sheeting on top to keep it from flying around. I would recommend Dan and Shelton Insulation and Gutters without reservation.

This was the most competitive bid, and they came the next day after his quote, arrived on time and installed everything very well. A+
