JD did a great job performing a replacement of a leaking skylight. He communicated what was wrong with prior work performed by another party and took the necessary steps to do the job the right way. Will definitely be reaching out to JD for future roofing work.

Jose came out in the pouring rain to do an inspection, then came back later in week to put up tarp to prevent any leaks while we waited for new skylight to come in. Then in one morning he quickly and efficiently installed while addressing deficiencies from previous homeowners work. Highly recommend for any skylight/roof needs you may have.

Jose gave me a very comfortable feeling right from the start. Answered all my questions. He also pointed out what could have been done better by the person who had done the first, emergency, covering.

He showed up on time to do the work on the roof while I was at work. He sent me before, during, and after pictures. After the work was completed I noticed water coming through another spot. Jose provided excellent customer service. He got to the job exactly when he said he will. He did a good job replacing my roof and adding a ridge vent. Furthermore, Jose installed two sistering rafters in the attic to support two broken rafters. Although I requested the sistering rafters to be full length, the sistered rafters were a bit short and did not reach the soffits base as I would have expected. Overall Jose did a good job replacing the shingles on my roof and cleaned the effected area well. I would hire Jose again for any of my future roofing projects. In addition I recommended Jose to my family and friends since I was satisfied with his work and good customer service.

Great guy, quick answers and very professional

Jose called us within a few minutes of our contact with Home Advisor. He arrived a couple of hours later, assessed the roof damage and completed the repair at the same visit. He is very prompt, efficient and professional and I would highly recommend him.

I was very happy with this company. I checked jose out very carefully with references for over the years. He has an excellent background doing quality work for a reputable company. He was prompt and included extra work at no extra charge. He also gave a good warranty for labor and parts. I will hire him and recommend him in the future.

Jose responded immediately to our inquiry on Home Advisor, came to look at the roof the same day, explained the problems, gave an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day for repair. He was on time for the repair, made the repair and was reasonable in cost. You can't ask for better. We'll call him again when needed. Highly recommended!
