We had weekly service for a couple of years. We were new to the area and our realtor recommended them. We don't have much mowing - its mostly weeding and trimming and many times I had to call because they were not doing it. Some weeks they just didn't show up but there would be a charge for that week on our invoice. I brought it to their attention and they told me they had come a different day due to scheduling but there hadn't been anything done! They did a couple of hardscape projects and I am neutral on the quality - basic work. They also took liberties in the spring and fall and performed things like mulching or gutter cleaning without asking us if we wanted the service and would then send a HUGE bill for it. We asked them for winter plowing and they were completely unreliable causing us to have to dig ourselves out. We stayed too long with them, would not recommend!

High ‘Greenwich Pricing’, lots of mistakes, bad advice, basic knowledge, ‘cookie cutter’ designs, easy way vs. right way, short on supplies/products used, poor communication, damaged mature/valuable existing trees & plants, promised to return to fix remaining problems, had to chase for months. Told us to ‘trust his word’ and then later said that ‘bigger & contractual jobs come before returning to make repairs’. Extremely stressful experience & still not to our original request/satisfaction after finally returning to ‘complete the job’. Rude, aggressive & demeaning attitude to wife & myself several times. Had to hire another contractor to make the yard right. Unprofessional. Waste of time & money. Beware.
