MICELI TREE SVC

I specifically ask john to trim back the largest tree so that it would not hang over the roof of our house. I walked the property with him and we discussed specifically what was to be done to that tree and some others that needed work. He quoted me the next day and I agreed to a lumpsum payment for all the work. My wife was home when the work was done and she gave him the payment we agreed upon - but the biggest tree was NOT trimmed back as much as Mr Miceli had agreed. I called him the next day and he came and looked at it with me, saying that it would spoil the looks of the tree - and I told him I didn't care - I wanted him to do what he said he would do. He agreed to come back and finish the work. That was over 3 months ago. No word from Mr Miceli. Very disappointing.
