The whole bathroom remodeling experience with Nu-Face went flawlessly. The office staff worked with us every step of the way and the work was started and completed on time. The installers, Mike and Marty, were the best. We would definitely use Nu-Face for future home projects.

April update…. The roof was replaced and looks amazing. Thank you guys for all your time with this project. Highly recommended. Old roof pictures on top and bottom is the replacement roof.

What a beautiful shower we now have thanks to Nu-Face !!! We first met Anthony and Joe at the Berlin showroom. Biscuit - their cute dog - greeted us warmly as well. Anthony and Ted helped us with our selection of shower materials. My walls and shower match perfectly. Alfredo and his associate created our beautiful shower that looks like it belongs in a hotel. Alyssa - our project coordinator - answered all of our questions and helped us greatly along the way. We couldn't have picked a better family owned business for this project. Nu-Face Home Improvements converted my tub to a shower in March 2025. From the sales person who came to my home (Sam in early Feb) to the demolition and installation/finishing team (Mike, Marty and Scott), this was a solid team and process that I came to trust. Added bonus: it took a lot less time from start to finish than i anticipated based on my initial conversation with Sam in Jan. Mike and Marty spent 2 long days (10+hrs each day) on this job. My bathroom was small but mighty. These gentleman tore out a solidly cemented tub and walls to ready it for the beauty that they installed the next day. They kept me updated when they hit milestones and always collaborated with me about shower features. After the job was complete, I noticed some caulking that needed going over. Scott came out and performed a seamless caulking job. If you are on the fence about having this work done, I suggest you do it. Nu-Face has phenomenal customer service and 100% accountability.

From the moment I contacted Nu-Face, the experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I needed 3 good sized windows replaced. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work and most importantly, the job was done on a mobile home. Several firms that I contacted prior to learning about Nu-Face would not even consider the project. With Nu-Face, there were no questions asked, just the willingness to get the work done to my satisfaction. I will most certainly use them again.

We hired them to complete a bathroom project. They replaced my old shower with a new shower. The crew was amazing, they did an excellent job!

Reggie and his crew did an "excellent job" installing my siding. It only took two (2) days to complete and they were very professional. I also had a new picture window install that only took a half a day to complete. I would recommend NuFace to anyone looking to have this work done to their home.

we had a walk in tub and toilet installed in main bathroom had shower, toilet, sink, floor, and walls installed.. they did n outstanding job.. Outstanding workers.. sales person was and is so helpful.. they thought they had a problem and the owner came out to check.. We will be using them again if needed

The Nu-Face team did an exceptional job re-siding our home, replacing doors and a second story deck. The teams showed up on time, worked full days, tidied up our yard at quitting time and were so pleasant. Our second story deck was an outdated hazard that was replaced with a work of art â even the town inspector said â Holy Mable!â . Throughout the project, the teams and site manager asked if we had questions and were happy with the work. I thanked the neighbor who highly recommended Nu-Face and I noticed other neighbors wrote down the Nu-Face phone number after witnessing the transformation of our home. As I write this review, Id like to say to the owner, Joe thanks to you and your talented employees, and I wish you guys did kitchens too!â

The workers are very proficient and dedicated to their work. The company was very encouraging and informative when I first contacted them.. I also had the front door replaced and ordered a new storm door. Scott took care of the storm door and the framing around the door. Scott was concentrating on doing a great job and would ask me to come and see his work as he advanced to see if I was pleased with the work so far. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. I would use the company again and recommend them to other people. They were referred by a fellow retired teacher who was very pleased with their work and spoke highly of the quality and dedication of the employees. I am also having a full bath and half bath remodeled by them. I am very happy with their work.

We had a front door siding and gutters installed from the salesman Chris thru thru office updates all top notch since we spent 5days with the siding installers the crew of hector Jorge and Renee were outstanding they were here start to finish gave us updates and explained any situations that occurred they did an outstanding job they were very conscientious with the quality of their work we were very much satisfied

Nu-Face was incredible, from everyone at the office to the workers on site. Great communication throughout the whole project, our siding and new gutters came out absolutely amazing!! Done in a timely manor and very professional. I know it can be a tough decision deciding on who to hire for your job, I would recommend these guys to anyone considering home improvements!! We had Nu-Face replace our 50 year old vinyl siding and gutters. Everyone was clean, professional and responsive to our needs. I couldn't be happier with their work. Even had professionals who rebuilt our garage comment on the quality of the siding and trim. A+!
