One of the best contractors I've ever worked iwth.

Nick came last fall and started to repair the pointing in the granite-block apron in front of my garage doors. He didn't finish the job saying the weather was getting too wet and cold but promised to be back this year to finish up. However, even after no less than three phone calls to him since September and his repeated promises that he would come to finish the job, he never showed. The only thing I got was excuse after excuse why he couldn't make it. And I should add that he was paid in full last year. Consequently, he's far too unreliable to recommend.

We are very pleased with how our project turned out. Nick is very efficient, eager to please and did a fine job. Excellent communication and quick response! We plan to use his services in the future , as well.

Quality of fence installation was good. On time. Responsive. Very quick. On the other hand, he did not honor the $100 certificate that he handed me on the first day. Also we were not happy with the way he left the place. Holes were not filled in and lumber left all over the place.

Nick and his crew did a great job. They completely rebuilt, with the old granite boulders we had, a 40 foot seawall. It is strong, and it is beautiful to look at. They did this in a timely fashion. We have no access for machinery on our beach, so they had to mix the concrete that formed the footing and binds the granite by hand. They also built us a very strong set of steps down to our beach. The price was very reasonable. And the payment plan is a great help to the homeowner. Don't look anywhere else: use Nick Construction!

We had our retaining wall repaired. Nick reused our blocks as requested and did not try to talk us into anything more than we asked.They disassembled our wall repaired the soil, added drainage and mesh and rebuilt the wall / They were very professional, came to work early and prepared. They were very efficient. Work was done faster than I expected. The work quality was very good. WE have given his name to a few friends already.

Nick came over for a free estimate, called that same night with a quote. Completed the work when promised, and did an excellent job.

Excellent job

Prompt, inexpensive, quality work. The retaining walls were installed exactly as I had requested. I was so pleased with his work, I extended the job to include renovations on my front steps and installation of a stone wall enclosing shrubbery (which they installed) at the front of my home. I recommend Nick Construction highly.
