This is a basic Mow, Blow and Go company. Dom has no idea about what plants look good on your property, nor any idea how to take care of the ones already there. He sold us a clump birch that we requested, and then "trimmed" it a few years later by literally lopping it off across the top. They just turn on the blowers and send stuff flying over cars, with no regard to anything. Owner rarely visits the property, and does not give any guarantee to the plants he does put in. And forget plowing. His prices are low, for a reason. His company will not come back after a storm and scrape out parking spaces. They used to, but only if I ran out while they were on site during a storm, and I got everyone else out there at the same time. They over salt, because that is how they make money during the winter, even though we had them in a monthly retainer for many years. Our bill went up an outrageous amount this winter, even though we were well in our contracted snowfall amounts. The owner could not be more rude, to both board members and property managers. Run, run from Turf Tacklers. We cannot wait to be rid of them.
