SOMMA BROS LANDSCAPING

This is the worst company we ever dealt with. Carmello Somma 'apparently' works or claims to own Somma Landscaping. He approached us promising to mow the lawn from the summer until the fall, provide soil for our trees and do snowplowing. First he gave us a contract in Spanish. We stated we wanted the contract in English. He never signed the contract, came to our house requesting the check. Our guess he went to Atlantic City with our $1000. We had to constantly call for the lawn to be cut and treated. Then we had to call several times for him to sign another contract. He avoided our calls. Then we had to talk to one of the workers who had to tell Carmello that we were not happy with this work. Carmello came over making excuse after excuse after excuse. We found out that his brother Pasqual actually owns this company. We requested our soil to end this nonsense with this guy and again excuse after excuse with Carmello. We called his brother to try to get the story out of his SOMMA landscaping. Carmello called back stating; "OK, OK, I'll get your soil next week. No problem." "You called my brother's number and nearly gave my mother a heart attack." I told him that I had no intentions of upsetting his mother but Carmello was the cause of it. We recommend others DO NOT do business with this company even less with Carmello. This man is a thief and a liar. Most likely, we will report him and his 'company' to the better business bureau.
