Exceptional quality! The deck came out amazing, very high quality build but beyond that, Jim has exceptional design ideas and really helped to make the design of the deck blend into the construction of the house. Our house was built in 1888 so the extra care that went into the finish of the deck, the molding, the little details made it stand out even more. Couldn't be happier. And it was very important to have a high quality builder and we got that with J. Patrick Construction. We hope to hire them back for our next project in the fall.
