They refused to cover the full cost to repair the damage to many of our pieces of furniture. They claimed some damage was pre-existing even though the bill of lading indicated that there was no previous damage. The claim process was arduous and took much to long. We had to argue our case multiple times and it took over 5 months to get the final claim check.
