Mike is also the first contractor in a long time who, without being asked to do so, put coverings over his boots to avoid tracking dirt around my house. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew.

The flange was broken and so the toilet was no longer secured to the floor and rocked back and forth. I removed it and tried to fix it myself but it was a bit more complicated than I'd bargained for because of the new tile floor that had been installed and encroached on the area of the flange. The gentleman from Advance Plumbing came out the next day to give me an estimate. It seemed expensive ($325) but I don't have any other estimates to compare it with so it might be totally standard for the work that was done. He arrived promptly the next morning, installed a new flange and reinstalled my toilet. The whole job took maybe 2-3 hours total. He also checked my 2nd toilet for the same problem but said it seemed fine and didn't need anything. He told me to call him if there were any problems. Overall, it was a good experience. They were responsive, prompt and efficient in getting my problem resolved. I'd definitely use them again but I might get a few more estimates to make sure their prices were in line with other vendors. Also, I dinged them on quality only because he didn't replace the silicone seal around the bottom of the toilet so I'm going to do that myself.

He was early, which was a pleasant surprise after many folks show up late. He quickly diagnosed the problem (tank was loose from toilet base) and fixed it right up. Michael was neat, clean and careful with the toilet. He also advised us on how we could deal with a wobbly pedestal sink that was installed incorrectly. Overall it was a very efficient, professional experience and I think we have found our go-to plumber. We highly recommend Advance.
