Mike answered my mid-morning call while busy on another job, but he returned my call in 15 minutes as promised and assured me Advance would service my drain by the end of the day. Joe arrived in a few hours. After trying about 20 minutes to clear the drain by hand with a plunger--he said he would have to charge me a flat fee of $285 to unclog it with a snake--it became obvious a snake would be necessary. The price was higher than I had expected, but the work needed to be done, so I asked him to use the snake. The clog was far from the sink and very hard to get through. Joe had to snake the drain 4 times until he could be sure it was fully unclogged. The whole job took him 2 1/2 hours, so at the end I was convinced the price was reasonable. Joe was polite and thoroughly professional. It was a messy job, but he left the kitchen as clean as it was before he came.

This company has been incredibly responsive and has provided excellent customer service to us in times of emergency. We heartily recommend them to anyone in the area. They re-routed pipes, installed new bathroom faucets and a new set tub.
