Went well, they got everything working and did excellent Work. Everything works great. Only complaint is a little pricey IMO. Don't know the market, but $200 more than I was expecting. But, the work is good and they did a nice and professional job and I would hire again due to the competency.

Stan did a great job. Very honest and the price was much more reasonable than my previous plumber. Would definitely hire again.

They arrived right on time, answered my questions, did the work quickly and correctly. I give these guys an A+.

Excellent! I called and spoke to Tim and before wasting any time, he had me send pictures of what everything looked like to give a better idea of what he is working with and see if it might be a simple quick fix I could handle on my own (like a switch) we couldn't figure it out and I was very concerned so he was able to get someone out to me In 15 Minutes!!!! Stan came and was very nice, quick and fixed it within 15 minutes!! Hey were great and honest even reminded me of my Angie's list discount ! Very happy with them! Use again!

Everything about my experience with Advance Plumbing & Heating was excellent. I found them on Angie's List and am happy to leave them a review here now. Our issue came up on Sunday and their answering service informed me they don't do calls on Sunday but she'd have someone call me on Monday morning. Sure enough, I got a call from their office before 8:30 a.m. and while their schedule was full for that day (not a big surprise!) she was able to give me a window of between 8 and 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning. At exactly 8 a.m. someone was here. He investigated the situation, determined they'd need a colleague who was already on a job but "specialized" in the kind of issue we had. He called the office, explained the situation, drew up the estimate/invoice and he came back within several hours to finish the job with his colleague. Within an hour they had completed the job. They did an excellent job of explaining what they'd found, what they'd done, and assured me that what had happened was a common occurrence and that everything was resolved. And I got a $25 discount for finding them on Angie's list!

They were amazing in the way they walked us through every step of the process. We felt very comfortable with the knowledge of their staff and their attention to detail! We highly recommend them!

Overall experience was excellent. We had requested a call when the tech was enroute and they phoned ahead as requested and arrived in a nice new professional box truck in the time window expected. After scoping out the issue with our blocked sewer drain, they very thoroughly quoted a fair price that included clearing the drain with a 4" blade cutter and then a video camera inspection. We had some concern that our pipe would be damaged and irreparable and they assured us that, where that to be the case, they would do a video inspection that would help us identify where the problem resided...and would only charge a portion of the fee for their time spent if they were unable to clear the blockage. We ended up being luck, however, and they were able to clear the blockage and chase it all the way to the main sewer line. The tech still carefully did a video inspection to validate the integrity of the piping and pointed out a few potential risk areas on their professional equipment while I watched on the video screen (it was like a medical-grade video!). Additionally, they hosed down the area in the basement where the backup had occurred and cleaned it up and sanitized with SimpleGreen. The technicians were professional, intelligent, and friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better, more professional service!!

I initially used them years ago when a needed an old fashioned garbage disposal replaced, other companies did not know how or suggested I remodel my kitchen (not kidding). They were prompt, helpful and reasonably priced. I use them for all plumbing issues since then, they are always friendly, respond well, clean everything up. I can't say enough good things about them, I recommend them to everyone I know in the area.

The service was impeccable and speedy. Both Jake and Nick were courteous and CLEAN, as both made the extra effort to remove any and all debris after the job was completed. I would recommend this company for any plumbing work, residential or commercial.

We were so pleased that someone was able to come and do the repairs on the same day that we phoned. He had the needed replacement parts with him on his truck.

It was amazing! From the phone call where I explained what was wrong to the actual service call they were so professional and helpful. First thing that was great is that Saturday is a regular work day for them so that was so helpful. The technician was great. Very personable and did a great job troubleshooting. It ended up the washing machine was leaking not the pipes so no work for him there and then he was able to tell my tenant exactly what was wrong with the toilet and that it would just take a $20 part rather than having to pay them for the $200 repair job. I was also surprised to know that the service call was no charge since I am an Angie's List member so the entire experience was great start to finish. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone!!

He tested and inspected the faucet and fixture in one bathroom to determine the source of a loud humming behind the tub wall. (Which turned out to be a faulty faucet.). Michael identified the drip in the second bathroom tub as another faulty faucet. Cost is noted as $0.00, due to the use of an Angie's List service coupon, and that no repairs needed.

My condo has a shut off for the whole building (4 units) that had to be closed in order to replace the shut off valves in my unit. Lo and behold, the shut off valve for my building broke in the "OFF" position and couldn't open again. MDC had to come and shut off water for the entire condo complex (188 units) in order to repair the valve (great way to meet the neighbors!). Despite this setback, Nick and Jake handled the situation professionally and promptly. They did a great job replumbing my entire condo, which had to be done due to a botched dewinterization job (way to go HUD!). They did a great job fixing the water main for my building as well. The condo board president was impressed with how quickly they worked. You could tell by the quality of their work that they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I just thought I needed a new outside faucet but all the interior plumbing lines had to be replaced as well. The job was done quickly and everything works great. Service was perfect as we called on a Wednesday an they were out the next morning completing the work.

We are very satisfied with the work performed by Advance Plumbing and Heating. Their service tech Stan arrived within the service window promised and was able to quickly assess our leaking faucet and repair it. Stan was personable and very knowledgeable. He is a great representative of his employer.

There was additional work to be done. The plumber contacted me beforehand and explained what needed to be done. It was a significant amount of work and cost, and he gave me the opportunity to discuss with my tenant before starting the additional work. It turns out that the tenant did not use that shower, and I was able to avoid the additional cost. Advanced Plumbing took care of all of the details and coordination with the condo association and my tenant, making the whole process very easy for me. I will call them next time I need work done.

This is the first review have ever written in my whole life, but I feel compelled to after the exemplary work Advance Plumbing & Heating completed in my home. Their technicians, Ashley and Colin, helped to remove tree roots that had clogged my main sewer line. They were so helpful, professional and did whatever was needed to complete the job. The work was well priced, provided an itemized receipt and they even cleaned up after they were done. I am so impressed by them and the company that I plan to use Advanced Plumbing & Heating again. I am so glad and lucky I found them. Thank you for the wonderful work. You are the best!

The tech arrived and I said how are you, busy day? His response - Yea, I was only supposed to be working one job today, I got the flu last night and I'm still working (12:30), sorry to hear that. (Do you really want someone in your house that has the "flu", I thought I was the one with the problem, water in my basement?) He explained that he would take a look and give me a quote. Now I am familiar with this kind of work, so I will take some of the blame for agreeing to this, he of course sounded frustrated, "not sure how I'm going to do this.....?", I explained that it really did not look all that hard, he had two joints that he could work with and yes, it was tight, but not all that difficult. He went out and came back with what I thought was a very high quote, $316.20, but again, I agreed to the work. What is more frustrating is that he then went out got the parts, proceeded to do the job and was done in 20 minutes, at the time my husband came in and all of a sudden he said he would drop the price by 50.00 which was great, but it was very clear that he knew that he had overpriced the job to begin with and unlike me I had agreed to it. I did say to him that I thought he has grossly overpriced the job to begin with and I was at fault for agreeing to it, and that even if they charge a minimum labor charge of 1 hour, I don't know any plumber that charge $250.00/hour. After further inspection of the work, it also became clear he used a type of propress fittings vs. a traditional sweating of copper pipe, basically a short cut in my opinion. He replied that he depended upon pricing in a "book" when quoting the job.... It is unfortunate because I will not use Advanced Plumbing again. I did attempt to call the owner on Monday April 11th do discuss the situation as I really felt that as the business owner he would want to know how his technician handled the call, when I called I was told that Mike Mancini was not in but would return my call. I never received a return phone call. A poor impression for a fist time customer. As a result I will not be using Advance Plumbing out of Newington, CT again.

Leakage wasn't due to bad plumbing but water leaked from shower to bathroom floor. Now need ceiling replaced.

It went very well from Tim's prompt response to Jeff's thorough work. Thanks again guys!
