This company is fantastic! Samper is the most polite guy I ve ever met and his professionalism is like no other. I ve dealt with many contractors for various projects - electrical, driveway, landscaping, carpentry... all contractors are terrible communicators..except Samper. I revived a few quotes from various businesses to do my roof. Samper was the most honest, priced his work as he should, but provided the absolute best customer service and trust. He s been doing this a long time. He knows what needs to be done and is active the day of install. His crew are human machines! They completed the roof in just a few hours. Look no further, Samper is the right choice.

They are honest and helpful they will work with you over the years we have become friends. They did 17 roofs for me and one for my uncle.

We shopped around and had many estimates before choosing Roof Systems. Samper was the first and only to give me a great price and start immediately. My roof was done in 2 days and it was in horrible shape. Plywood was replaced, the roof looks great and the mess was cleaned up like they were never there. It took several weeks to get them to show up for an estimate to help with a roof leak near a chimney. We agreed on a price ($1000) and I was told the leak would be fixed. Only the leak got worse and I now had water coming into the attic and into the firebox from the chimney. I tried to contact the owner of the company and received a response several weeks later that he was out of the country. No one from his company was available to come out. I had to hire a new company to come out and fix the leak which cost me an addition $500 Upon the original contractors return from vacation, I made him aware of the problem. He was unwilling to make any sort of restitution. Not even an apology. Home Advisor should think twice about a recommendation from this company.

Roof systems installed 2 flat roofs last year 1st roof leaked less than 1 week of install Samper sent someone within one week to repair. Second leak was about 2 months later same roof different place did not return calls for 2 weeks finally sent someone out to make repairs by that time mold started to develop in wall. Past month second roof Samper installed started leaking same problem coming apart at seams Roofing systems Samper never return calls or text, I have written life time guarantee.So much for what that is worth.
