Very good, they give fair cost estimates of work, work is done promptly (a day early in my case), and they explain everything you need to know about what needs to be done, the materials, options you have, costs, etc. etc. The owner has been in the roofing business a long time. You talk directly to the owner and not just a sub-contractor. The owner is present during installations/repairs to monitor the work being done. Highly recommended. A+

They are presently still working on my roof. Very professional workers. Work steadily, even in this heat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service and I have referred friends to them. In addition the owner Mr. Perez was most professional upon our initial meeting. He went over what needed to be performed and exactly how they would begin the job. He has been punctual and courteous. I interviewed many roofing companies since April and this is the first one that had a reasonable price and was professional in all aspects. Amilcar Samper Perez was the first one to respond to our request, we set up an appointment and he was there right on time. He climbed up on the roof and gave us a quote right then. Amilcar provided the estimate the same day he measured the roof and was very thorough in explaining and recommending what to replace and what to repair. If you want extras, consult with Amilcar. Stripping a roof is generally a messy job but Amilcar's team kept my property very clean everyday. Amilcar and his team did a fantastic job in quickly and accurately replacing the complex roof on my home with GAF-ELK Timberline shingles, ice/water barrier, etc..
