Samper and his team worked diligently to complete the job. While the 1st day they cleaned up good, the 2nd day could have been better, however there was some snow on the ground. We had found several nails when my husband mowed the lawn. The only complaint I have is that I was promised the photos of my roof and it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received them after repeated calls. As my husband is handicapped and can't climb on the roof and I would not be able to go up there, I would really like to see the pictures.

Repair small, done to good quality standard. They were polite and professional. Cost of the minimal work seemed very high to me. About $300 for less than an hours work with very little materials (and materials that were supposed to be left, never were). Perhaps I am wrong, not being a roofing expert. Other than that they were very professional and showed up when stated.

Customer service was excellent - the owner came out to look at the roof and give us an estimate, he was very through, took pictures of the issues and explained it to us. He was alway on time. His price was a bit higher than the other estimate we recieved. However the fact that he was always prompt, and did what he said he would do we decided that saving a few dollars was worth it. He and his crew came on time the day of the project, the roof was stripped, repaired and replaced, flashing on the chimney. Very good work, no cutting corners. They cleaned up when they were finished. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

This is our second time using Roof Systems. Amilcar was again very personable and followed up repeatedly. Although we had some issues getting our quote emailed, the price was reasonable, the quality was good and they were quick. I would recommend them.

A very good job from set-up to clean-up. Roof Systems kept me informed from evaluation through job completion. Just had a pretty good rain this past weekend and my water problem seems to have been cured! Lastly, one would have to know that the roof was repaired. Otherwise you couldn't tell.

work was performed as was stated on estimate. each item on the contract was carefullf checked for workmanship and accuracy. when the work was done; each and every time. it is hard to find a contractor to fullfill his abligations on time. thye workers were very courteous to me and my wife. the communication was excellant and that was very important to me. i like work to be 100% and that is what i got. i would recommend this team to anybody. you could use me as a refferance to anyone wishing a great contractor and really nice people to talk to if any question needs an explanation. thankyou! mr. ralph bonczewski
