Never previously dealt with a roofer as knowledgable, communicative, and as reasonably priced as Samper with Roof Systems of Connecticut! He explained everything about my slate roof which was leaking and overdue for maintenance and repairs. He is a skilled drone operator who took video and still photos of ALL the necessary areas in need of repairs/replacement. I will definitely ask him to return to address water leakage in the area of several dormer windows. I finally found a skilled roofer who is so easy to deal with and respectful that I never want to let him go! Moreover, he LOVES slate roofs and possess decades of experience with them, and was eager to instruct me regarding my "lifetime" slate roof. By the way, my home was built in 1928 (original roof)! DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS GEM OF A ROOFER!!!

We recently had a tree come down on part of our roof causing some minor shingle damage to the rake gable. I received a call right away from Ct roof systems who came out to view the damage, gave us a quote and completed the shingle repair in a timely manner. Amilcar Samper was very knowledgable about what needed to be done and completed the work in a professional and timely manner.

Samper was very professional in his work ethic and his customer relations ethics......He thoroughly explained the job repair that was needed .....Excellent follow through with before and after pictures...even before job was done ..sent me pictures of common issues of this type of repair work....From beginning to end ..Neat and Clean up work.......usually after projects and contractors leave the customer is still cleaning up...NOT WITH SAMPER !! He is neat from start to finish and truly respects the homeowners concerns.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They did an excellent job. My roof gutter and window frame look like there was never any damage done to them, they cleaned up after themselves and were on time. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

They were able to get out the same day that I called, and able to fix our roof the next day. The end product was beautiful, they fixed a hole and matched it perfectly to the tile beforehand. You canâ t even tell it was repaired. They were very flexible and communicated a lot through text to let us know when they would be there. Overall it was great service.

Samper just recently replaced the gutters and down spouts on my house and garage. He repaired/ replaced wood that was rotted under the gutters. Installed seamless gutters with leaf guard. Several years ago he replaced my roof, having to remove the old roofs first and did an amazing job. He is very professional, explains very clearly what heâ s going to do, and cleans up after himself I would highly recommend him.

Roof Systems is amazing ... they are the Superman of roofing. Our home sustained serious roof damage caused by a tropical wind storm. Roof Systems came out the same day to access the damage and then placed protection so our roof would not sustain more damage or create internal damage to our home. Their work is always done with pride and a high standard of perfection. They are always professional and friendly. I will only allow Roof Systems to handle our roofing needs.

Chimney work done included: crown replacement, repointing, flashing replacement, surrounding shingles, and waterproofing. Samper was great to work with as he continually shared work in progress with photos and explanations. Not your everyday roofer as he has a personalized approach to his integrity in his work shows. Highly recommended but not inexpensive, you get what you pay for - like the t-shirt he displays says.
