Mr Samper was the first to call. He came out the same day within hours of his phone call. He gave me a fair quote and repaired my roof right then and there. I was worried about the shingles not laying flat and he explained to me that it would come down flat in a couple of weeks. I have to say I was skeptical but he was right. He was also very respectful and polite, which I appreciated The only problem is that the shingle that he had to lift to replace the missing shingle is now starting to lift a little but i'm hoping that will come down soon too. I would use him again and highly recommend him

I had barely completed the form when they called. Asked to come over then and there to do a quote. My husband had estimates from the facilities guys where he works and the quote was right in line. Said they would be able to start way sooner than I expected. The trailer with the equipment was on site before they were due to start. And it was a handshake, no money up front.

I don't often offer 5 stars but this experience was THAT good. Samper's pricing was the lowest I got, but his work scope was as good as my highest priced roofer (best shingles on the market, drip edges, snow & ice shield, ridge vents, etc). Samper is so classy, & I felt from the moment I met him that I could TRUST him. He even offered to do some other work I needed (repairing a few windows, etc). The crew arrived RIGHT on time, the job took exactly as long as he told me, it looks excellent, they took the cleaning part real seriously, & he left the job assuring me he'd be right there if I need him. You will NOT be sorry if you use Samper!
