Samper was very responsive to review the job and answered all my questions in a professional manner. He was present and directed his crew during the skylight install. Nice job and good clean-up after the job was completed. So far no leaks on the new skylight after 2 rain storms. Although I thought the job was a little pricey the overall quality was good.

Samper contacted me and came to see house the same day I made the initial call. Pricing was good value, and they were able to start a little over a week after I let them know that I would go ahead with the project. Quality is good, workers were friendly, and I am very happy with the completed job. Received several compliments from the neighbors as well, on how nice the house looks with the new roof.

Mr Samper is very professional. B4 him, 3 other contractors came in, cursed me like I was the original builder who had forgotten to install the flashing 10 years prior or secured the plywood roofing with >1" gaps. He's the only one who examined the deficiencies, figured out the right solution, while two did not provide an estimate, and one took deposit and wouldn't start in two days as promised. Mr Samper estimated, we signed and his crew secured roofing, replaced moldy plywood sheathing in 2 business days, but it took me 7 months since Home Inspection to find the true professional that he is.

After being advised of our problem, he explained in detailed what needed to be done, explained the cost, the time it would take to repair the problem. Once Roof Systems was contracted, every step there after was executed as explained in work order. Arrived on time and completed there repairs in one work day. They are a very hard working crew, at the end of the day they really did a great cleaning job my property was spotless. We Really got our monies worth in this deal. outstanding job, I most highly will recommend roof systems. Remember name HomeAdviser " I WILL" thank you all this was easy.

Roof systems is the first one to call me to offer help. They take small job as seriously as big one. I have a small leak problem, but Samper didn't ignor me and helped to fix the leak immediately before it rained again. He also took roof pictures to show me the problem before and after....He's the best!!!

Called and explained my problem. Builder did not extend waste vent pipes out of roof. He came and told me he needed a bigger latter and another guy. Came back within 1 1/2 hours and completed the job installing the pipes and flashing.. Would use him again in a heartbeat!
