Samper is a true and honest professional. He was available to do the free inspection and estimate right away. Once he was hired, he quickly finished the roof replacement (2 days) including obtaining the right color & size shingle and procuring a container to dump the debris. He is reliable and seems to have an incredible amount of experience and know-how with roofs. We were very pleased with him, his workers and the job. His workers worked hard and didn't try to milk the job with long breaks or other distractions. And they seem to take pride in their work. We highly recommend Roof Systems of Connecticut!

Owner fair and honest

They have been remarkable. We have used many subcontractors over the last 50 years and Roof Systems is likely the best of them all. We had them re-roof 1/3 of our house in preparation for solar panels. They were: quick to respond; timely; excellent about explaining precisely what is going on and why; thorough about their work and clean up; and extraordinarily hard working. As well, their owner insisted he meet with the solar panel installers as they begin putting them up in order to make sure the roof is not compromised. All of this goes with a competitive rate, especially when you consider how much more service they provide compared to others.

It remains to be seen if the leak is repaired

This was a repair and they came right away and did the job at a reasonable price. We were very satisfied.

Amilcar came out the very next day of calling him, he explained what he would do and that his guys would be there the next day if I agreed. He made sure he called me with any changes in their time arrival. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs workk done. He makes you feel comfortable in your decision. The work was done with expertise and speed. My home is only 11 1/2 years old and the roof repair was needed because of a recent wind storm. The owner took the time to explain what they were going to do, showed pictures of the work being done (before and after) and also explained how the repairs stacked up to the original work done. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism shown and would not hesitate to use this company again as well as recommend them to others. Another plus is that the workmen cleaned up all of the debris as they were working instead of leaving it until they finished. My yard actually looks nicer due to their cleanup efforts. Complete professionals. They repaired the roof over a bay window and did such a great job I hired them to do more work. They were on time, identified the problem right away, explained it to me in detail, cleaned up & even emailed photos of the repair. I learned an important lesson from Samper. He told me you cannot hire a regular handy man to do a professional roofing job. He is so right. I am very grateful for their help.

Roof systems was very easy to set an appt. with, came out quickly, and did an excellent job with the repairs.

They showed up as promised at 8AM, stripped off the old shingle roof and replaced it with rubber roofing and top coating. They were on time, cleaned up and took away the debris in 4 hours. Good people to work with.
