They were excellent! Turned up when they said they would, were efficient, proficient and most courteous. Thoughout the whole repair process they constantly sent me photographs to see me what they were working with. I really appreciated that. They cleaned up to perfection and left quitely I wish I could find more works like them As I really need to renovate or replace my home !

Very impressed with service. Samper the contractor took pictures every step of the way to show me what it looked like before ,during the work and completion. Out of three estimates he was the only one to get on the roof to tell me how he was going to fix the problem. One of the reasons why we chose him along with the price and warranty. Good work!

Honest!! He advised me the problem I called him for was not due to my roof. But he did show me with pictures a situation that could cause trouble. He coordinated timing with our plumber to move a vent pipe and correctly secure it and seal and repair the roof. Very clean work. Definatly recommend and will keep his card if we need roofwork in the future.

Owner was very professional and kept us informed all through the repair process with pictures as each part of the roof was fixed. Great idea!! Cleanup was immaculate. Job was done in 2 days. We would definitely use his services again. Thanks for a job well done!!

Samper showed up on time and actually was able to do my work that same day. None of this waiting around for weeks after an estimate is done. He and his assistant went right to it and were done in an hour. After waiting around more than 2 months (combine time) for other roofers who never had the time this was a VERY refreshing experience. I'll check back in after a good rain storm and let you know how the leak repairs held up.

Came for the estimate of work on time, looked at the scope of work, explained exactly what he saw was not correct, and detailed both verbally and in writing what he saw needed to be done, when he could do it, and the cost. For the job itself, showed up on time, wasted no time in getting to work, provided tarps to ensure no damage to furniture. Watching him execute the remediation was a pleasure as he was meticulous in repairing the damaged skylight installs, weatherproofing the area, reinstalling the flashing, and cleaning up the debris from his work. He took the added incentive to clean the skylights.

Very professional and fair tried to give us the best value for the price because people really slaughtered our roof with patchwork prior to us moving in. We had tons of leaks and they fixed the leaks and replaced a roof on an extension of the house al in a days work. They were in and out coming in early in the morning and we had a beautiful new roof by the time we returned from work. Would definately hire again!

The crew did good work, promptly and efficiently. Cost was significantly less than the estimate from another contractor.
