Chris contacted me right away following the purchase of the deal. He went over in detail what would be done and also offered variations on the type of cans to be used as well as the dimmer. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. The whole installation took about 3-4 hrs. The light switch the dimmer was going to replace was also tied to an outlet. He removed the connection to the outlet and replaced the switch with the dimmer only for the lights. A relative of mine had recessed lights installed for a much higher price and lower quality. I would recommend Chris and will use him again for future projects. I purchased another deal of his for 8 hrs of work $395.

Chris was very pleasant during the first phone call. He showed up on 6/13/2013 at the agreed upon time and got to work while being personable and considerate. We already hired him for the second time on 7/13/2013 and received the same positive experience. Recently, we recommended him to another family member, as well.

I use Additional Help LLC all the time, the guy is fabulous. His name is Christopher Seibert put ten stars next to his name. ‘A’ with ten pluses, I would put an 'A' for everything. He does carpentry and he is an electrician, so, it's all in one with him, I don't have to call two people for one job. He is a perfectionist, he has integrity, he is proud of his work and he should be, he has quality work. He is on time, he does what he says and he says what he does, there is no guessing with this man, he tells you and he is so honest. I leave this man in my home I don't leave many people in my home if I am not there, I give him a key. I found him when he was doing some work for someone in town, I met him that way and through using him, I mean he is just a man of integrity. He just finished something maybe a week ago for me on one of my other homes. His prices are very good. He painted while the temperature was a hundred degrees, I can't say enough, I told him that he shouldn't even be working, when he says he is going to come, he comes. I have not known him to be late. He is generally there before I get there. I know this man and he is just a good man. His service should be recognized.

Chris is a great guy. Rates are very reasonable. The above price included the price of the switch and flood light. The area was cleaned well after he was done and he spent time going over how to operate the transfer switch. He wouldn't take payment until I had come home to inspect the work as well. We have other work to be done and will definitely be calling him again.

Chris arrived on the day & time he promised. He reviewed the work that we discussed and performed all of it flawlessly. Chris is very pleasant and very neat, cleaning up as he went. I would highly recommend him.

I called in the morning because the power was off in one section of the house and the breaker would not reset.Chris came that after- noon, had to take the box apart, but found no problem and was able to reset the breaker. No problem since.

4/08/13 ($150): Installed Kitchen light fixture, DR Ceiling Fan; replaced (3) outdoor flood lights. Chris left around 2:30 to take care of a customer who kept calling him to come to his house to fix his sprinkler system. I didn't think this was the professional thing to do. I feel he should have finished my job first and scheduled another day to go see his other customer. He returned on 5/06/13 ($345) to finish. He installed (3) outlets; (1) coaxial for the TV cable, and changed a wall outlet to a wall switch. After he had just left, I tested the wall outlets and one of them didn't work. I called him and he immediately turned around and came back to fix the problem. All in all, he did a good job and I wouldn't hesitate to call him back.

He was thorough but did not offer any suggestions for updating my electric. When asked he did tell me that if I added any outlets I would need to add an electrical box because the one I had was full. I expected a bit more from him about updating as the house is almost 100 years old, and many of the outlets are not grounded.

Chris was on time. Very professional, polite, and cleaned up after he was finished. A job well done .Will use Chris again and refer he to my friends and any one else.

I used him at least five times now and he charges $50 an hour. He is very pleasant. When you call him, he usually comes fairly quickly within the same day or within few days. His personality is great and is always very pleasant and always likes his work. The quality of work is excellent.

Great - very personable, was on time, actually went over the two hour allotment and didn't charge extra.

The person who came was punctual & polite. Simultaneously, he made it clear through his manner that he was there to look over rather than do various jobs. While checking over our lighting fixture, he broke a light bulb which we then had to replace. We are now no closer to a solution to any electrical problem than we were before, nor are we better informed about how to go about solving any pressing issue.

Chris, from Additional Help, was a wonderful person to work with. We were so happy with his services, and his prompt response on all communication. He helped us finally finish our bathroom, by installing an outlet, an overhead light/fan unit and replacing the wall switch. He work was pristine and he took extra care in getting it all done. We would 100% recommend hiring him for your next electrical service, we plan on having him back to do finish extra projects in our old house!

Chris was punctual, professional, thorough and flexible with our requests. He requested pictures through emails prior to the appointment and provided estimates before coming. The eventual cost was higher than I had budget and seemed a little bit higher than what I would have expected for the work done.

The electrician, Chris scheduled a time and day to do the work, He arrived on-time. Chris repaired the electrical outlets and door bells that we discussed and I have no complaints. I received Angies List as a gift and I don't' think I can be a homeowner and live without it. I had alot of bad experiences with contractors, but I feel safer using your list of service professionals, especially with the rating system. Keep the Deals coming

Very prompt and a job well done

Overall it went very well. Hired him back as i said above and spent $740 to do the ceiling fan and generator panel and wiring.

Arrived on time, was very professional, and performed the work as required.

Chris did an excellent job with the electrical task I had to get done. He called couple times before coming over to learn what needs to be done and to be prepared for the job with the right tools and also called the night before to confirm the appointment time, direction etc. as he suggested, I bought the items for the work. He came on time and did the work well. I wanted to free up the garage outlet by disconnecting the extension cords that were connected to the garage door opener motor unit. He, not only freed up the outlets, also found a way to keep the existing ceiling lights working in case needed in the future. Also left the garage door mechanism working well. Now no more long cords. And the outlet is free so that any outdoor electrical tools can be used without the hassle of coordinating with the opening and closing of the garage doors. Also did some other outlet works inside the house within the the 2hourtime I had bought thru Angie's list. I would call him again when I need any other electrical work to be done. Thanks Chris

Job never preformed the company never called me back to set up appt even though I spoke to the person directly that does the repairs for the company. He told me he would come look at the job and give me estimate. Took contact information from me and he never followed up with job.
