Chris Seibert, owner of Additional Help, LLC, contacted me right after I purchased deal for Electrician for a Day and set up an appointment right away. Excellent communication from first contact throughout the job. He came prepared with all necessary materials. Bath fan and exhaust venting in basement was a very difficult install. Chris needed to improvise quite a bit of this and it came out great. He was friendly, cheerful, and professional. Will contact again when need calls for an electrician and will highly recommend his services to others.

After I purchased the Big Deals, we communicated through email. He was polite, but he refused to do the work and didn’t really give me an explanation.

Very good, i would say excellent. He came out within a month of me purchasing it. Any hold up was on my part, he was all set to go. He stayed and did additional work. The owner came out and did the work.

Super! Came prepared with all necessary materials and kit including cable from house receptacle to generator. Installed house receptacle and 10 circuit panel to main electrical breaker panel. Apparatus has back flow preventer that precludes current flowing back out to street. Friendly, cheerful and professional. Prompt, communicative and finished ahead of schedule. Cleaned up his mess. Couldn't ask for more. In addition to his labor, cost for materials was $491.00. Will contact again when need calls for an electrician.

Chris came the day after I called knowing that we needed the electrical outlets to function for guests who would soon be staying in the room. He came at the appointed hour and was a pleasure to deal with. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and we were up and running again. I plan to call him back to fix a checklist of other small electrical issues and installations.

Chris was prompt, professional, very helpful, honest in his assessments and neat in his work. He removed a non-operational ceiling fan and an outdated light fixture replacing both with new ceiling fans. He rewired my microwave so that it is now on it's own switch and no longer makes the lights dim. He replaced two wall switches and removed a broken candalabra bulb from another light fixture. He reassured me that some wall outlets we safe and gave me advice about an outside outlet that concerned me. He also installed a motion sensor light over my garage and walking the dog is no longer done with a flashlight. All in all, Chris was the best electrician I have ever had working in my home. I WILL be hiring him again for future projects and recommending him to all my friends.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. He was fantastic. I would highly recommend him. He was extremely professional, right on time, I can't say enough good things, he was fantastic. Highly recommend him to anybody. We had to pay for parts. He came out within a couple of weeks. It may have been our scheduling, we had to work around our schedule. He may have been available sooner. I think we pushed him off a couple of weeks. He was very accommodating.

It went well! There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount but it was fine. They charged about a hundred more.

Chris did an excellent job. Communication before the job date was excellent and professional. Chris showed up on time when we scheduled the service and began the work immediately after assessing the jobs. I had about 6 or 7 items I needed completed in my list. Our home was built in 1887 so its an older home and although the electrical has been updated and upgraded, there are always issues whenever you are working on an older home. I had about 6 or 7 new light fixtures I needed to be installed (replacing existing fixtures) and a timer for the garage lights, and a dimmer switch for the dining room. Chris handled everything without issue and worked the entire day, only stopping for a brief lunch period. Most importantly Chris was friendly, professional and we felt totally at ease with all his work. I would highly recommend his services and actually plan to have him back in a few weeks for additional work in my home. This is an A++ provider and I could not be more pleased. Thank you Chris.

Chris showed up exactly on time. He started working right away and took care of everything major that needed to be done. I had purchased the "Electrician for a day" deal which included 8 hours of Chris's time. I would recommend this deal to a friend.

It went great. Chris was very professional, punctual, honest, trustworthy, clean, and thoughtful in his work. He did a wonderful job and we would certainly use his services again.

That worked out very well. He came in and did exactly what I wanted him to do. He came out right away and did a very good job. He was very efficient and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and was very clean and neat about it. The pricing was fine, it seemed very reasonable to me.

i had sent Chris a list of the items I was thinking of tackling. We spoke on the phone and agreed that it could not be done in the time I had contracted so he asked me to prioritize. He arrived on time. Chris is very friendly and courteous, we liked him right away. I gave a tour of the house and he told me what he thought he could get done. He went right to work and did everything he said he would. That evening he emailed me an estimate for the remainder. He'll be back in two weeks to do the rest.

I had ann appointment with Chris but decided not to wait(appointment was approximately two weeks after initial contact.).Found someone locally who was available the next day after contact.

He performed a good job overall. He made sure to arrive on time as we agreed. Identified himself which was very important to me. Professional behavior. I was very happy with his work. (I did provide the review couple times earlier, it may not have been recorded somehow. )

Excellent responsiveness on the phone and professional in his interactions. Arrived on time on the day scheduled. Very pleasant to work with as I assisted him in removing the old fixtures. The job was harder than anticipated but Chris stayed at it till it was all complete. Very reasonable price. Would call him again for straightforward lighting jobs.

Chris is a great guy. He came right on time and ready to go. Had my work list handy. Kept everything nice and clean, he definitely cares about his work, wants things done properly.

It went fine. He showed up on time and ready to go - had the proper tools to do the wiring and knowledge of the codes. We first examined some BX cable in the upstairs floor and verified one hot and one not hot. The hot one was traced to a downstairs closet light and he disconnected the wiring there. From that point we went to look at replacing the wire in the attic from a switch to the upstairs hall light. This wasn't easy because the attic is a 200YO crawl space loaded with insulation and access to the wall switch and light housing was difficult to find - however once we got it the wiring job went pretty fast. From there I had some circuits I needed to have him look at to verify they'd meet a home inspection and he advised on what minor details I should take care of so they would. All in all it was a good experience and I'd recommend him to anyone for electrical work.

Christopher was punctual and very considerate. He also offered to stay a little longer just to ensure that everything on our list was done and up to par. Overall he did a great job. He was a first rate professional and we would definitely use him again. We would also recommend him.

He was very responsive, the other people were not. We had 3 or 4 people out here and have not gotten estimates in weeks. He was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained to me exactly what he was doing.

Chris arrived on time, in fact a little early. He went right to work on the Bathroom fan/light installation. He was just as personable and professional as the first time he worked at the house. He offered me options on setting up the wall switches. While installing the new fan it was found that the previous fan was never wired to the outlet by the previous owners. He had all the supplies needed to run the wires to the outlet. There was a small additional cost of $37 for those materials. He completed the bath install by about noon time. After a break for lunch he worked on the Kitchen items, replaced the Range hood and 2 GFI outlets. I had a porch light that had been replaced but was still not working properly. He inspected the wiring and it was determined the fixture needed to be replaced. It was mid afternoon when these items were completed. He inspected the wiring set up to make sure the house was grounded properly. With the time left he set up the mounting system for the TV, even though I did not want to wire it through the wall he did the complete set up and installation. I couldn't be happier with all the work that was done. Once I have additional kitchen lighting picked out and purchase a new porch light, I will be contacting Chris again.
