WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOME THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE FACT THAT THEY WORKED SO QUICKLY & YET GOT THE CARPETING VERY CLEAN. THEY EVEN PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO A FEW TROUBLE AREAS I HAVE.
