Rich really cares about how his work comes out in the end. He even did a few things outside of the project definition to make sure everything looked brand new.

Rich is an amazing professional which is refreshing for a change. As a business owner myself Rich does the job right the first time. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism alone, wish he did more types of work as he's great to work with. I also found out that he can even reglaze tile on walls. I had Rich reglaze a bathtub in an apartment I rent out. I thought it was hopeless, discolored, gouged, stained. Rich made this tub literally like new and FAR cheaper than replacing the tub or covering it over with a typical expensive Bath Tub replacement company. Great job Rich!

Rich called a few days prior to confirm appointment, arrived at my house as stated. All of bathroom was covered as appropriate, our shower was resurfaced in a bone color..bye bye harvest gold!..and Rich cleaned up and answewed any of my questions. A perfect job ! we are so pleased.

My claw foot bath tub looks amazing! Rich was always on time, friendly and very professional. He answered all my questions and was very flexible with rescheduling a second visit when he discovered a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed before completing the resurfacing job. I was very happy with the results. Both the shower and the tub look like new. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess.

The overall quality of the work was excellent. They protected the surrounding surfaces and did a thorough cleanup after the the job was completed. A half-star was taken away due to the fact that at the beginning of the telephone quote the warrantee was 5 yrs, at the end of the call was down to 2-3 yrs. and on arrival got reduced to 1 yr. The price also needed to be slightly renegotiated but all in all it was a good experience, the tub looks great.

It looks like I have a brand new tub. His cost was right in line with all other estimates that I had even though he traveled a good distance from Fairfield county to Bloomfield. Clean, courtious and professional. I would highly recomend and use again if needed.

Both Rich and his helper were friendly and courteous. Our antique claw foot tub looks beautiful! And the price was right.

The level of communication was excellent! the end product turned out really good with the resurfacing job and we were overall pleased.

Good quality work

Clean-up was perfect. The only way you would know Rich and staff was there was my beautifully refinished bathtub. Rich took the time to do spot repair on the original finish that had knicks in it. I'll probably have them come back and give me advice on refinishing my kitchen cabinets.

I would highly recommend his company. I saved a ton of money by resurfacing my shower and tub rather than replace them. They look better than new.

Excellent high quility service quick did a great job turning our blue vintage fiberglass tub and shower into a brand new looking bone colored fiberglass tub and shower.extremly good clean up after bathroom looks cleaner than before work was done.

We found Rich to be friendly, ethical, confident in his ability to do the work and overcome obstacles (there is always an obstacle you didn't expect), vast amount of knowledge and the ability to use it. The job was done in the time promised and the job was done well. If the need arises for this type of work again, I will certainly hire Rich without even considering another contractor. The price was fair, and when that unexpected obstacle turned up, Rich did an excellent job fixing the problem and did not overcharge us for it.
