Newpro office staff stayed in touch either by email or phone as to status of our project. They contacted us about 3 weeks earlier than estimated start date to advise they would be able to start project earlier. Throughout as well as day of the job, we were contacted to make sure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. ** We cannot say enough about installers Eduardo and Joe, they were fantastic. They worked nonstop from 8 am to almost 5 pm . We highly commend them for their work ethic, professionalism, respectful, and personable nature. They did an awesome cleanup job when job was completed.
