Excellent work, on the high end for cost. The people who sold us the windows were knowledgeable about their product. It felt a little sales-pitchy, but I know what I want and wanted a quality product and so this did not bother me. Their sample materials were useful in helping me to understand what I was purchasing.

we had a shower installed. the shower material is very good. the caulking work not so good but they did come back to rectify the issue. also for the higher cost, they only sent one person to complete the job and it took him over ten hours and he probably got tired at the end when the caulking was done. a two man team would be more desirable.

No question about it; the quality of the "3" pane windows are great; the work was done in a timely manner and done very professionally, too! However, for the cost that I am currently paying for the windows is something that I would have carefully considered before I actually signed the contract. In any event, I am still a satified customer!

They met all my concerns, asked questions and they answered with respect. The crew are hard workers. I'm pleased with the appearance of my house. Job well done.

They're 25 - 50% more costly than competitors. Check back in 15 years and the next owners of our house will let you know if it was worth it.

The work was done in a timely fashion and professionally. The job was replacing 14 windows in a townhouse and two sliding doors. They arrived on time and were ready to go. They stated that the job would take all day and it did, the installation of the windows went great. I would give a 5 overall, except that they didn't do a good job cleaning, they finished when it was dark outside, they should have accounted for this, and brought lighting. I took 3 hours cleaning up the interior and exterior of my home. Needless to say. I spent a lot on this job, and I shouldn't have to clean up after the job

I could not be more pleased with the service, courtesy and quality of the windows and the completed work. I had some finish work to be done around the windows as my project included changing out the type of window I previously had -- the men did a wonderful job putting in the windows and doing the trim work. High praise for two very nice installers. Many other replacement window businesses will not do this work, they will just put in a window that fits exactly in the original space. I plan call them again for another project. Pricey but worth it!

We felt the product was pricier than others, but still went with it as the warranty is pretty good. I did have a few issues at first, but they were taken care of promptly. Other than that everything was done in an efficient and timely manner. I had not only my regular window replaced, but additional windows added in. The construction was finished and looked great!

From the beginning call to the completion of the project, every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The product is amazing - we know we have the best looking ones in our neighborhood. In fact, we were so pleased, we hired them to replace our storm doors.

The salesmen were polite not condesending. They didn't "assume" that because we were in a townhouse, we couldn't afford the windows or couldn't afford top of the line products. They took to time to give us a FULL demo and explanation. An other company that came out, didn't bother bringing in their window for a demo. They were extremely knowledgable of their product and allowed for ample questions. The installer was on time and efficient. He was willing to answer any additional questions we had. The overall experience was wonderful. Another reason we went with Newpro is because they have a wonderful reputation and stand behind their product.

Agressive and creative sales approach. Impressive knowledge and documentation to back up statements. Costly. However, you get what you pay for. The windows are GREAT. I look forward to validating the savings that they claim will result in 1 year time. Only regret - met with Newpro FIRST. Should have met with them LAST so I had a more complete research file. We purchased by end of presentation to obtain 'additional savings'. I truly believe these are superior windows (they are not vinyl) but still feel with more information we could have made a better 'deal'.
