Overall a good experience.. They are sales focused which is not a bad thing, but makes you a little uneasy that the pricing is so varied during the sale

we have not been through a new england winter with the new windows but we noticed a significant improvement in keeping out the worst of the high heat of summer. The house is already more comfortable and the windows are just beautiful.

They did an excellent job. The installer and the plumber were very professional, they worked quickly, answered any questions I had and cleaned up very nicely.

Great service from Eric the installer. He worked hard to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Customer Service was great to work with, very professional and courteous. On day of install, Larry, the carpenter/installer and the other installer worked quickly and neatly. I trusted Larry with his skills. We bought the windows with the wood interior to match our woodwork and the match was perfect! One of the project's scope was to remove 4 casement windows and they were replaced with 3 double hung with grids on the top..they look like they should have always been there all along. Chris, the salesman was very knowledgable. He was able to help me discern from other competitors windows. I look forward to having the remaining 5 windows replaced in the future. Thank you.

The plumber was 5 hours late which caused the installers to do a rush job to finish the next day. Because of that, they didn't make sure the doors stayed closed and they kept rolling open. The plumber, when he did arrive, didn't connect the new drain properly to the pipe so all of the shower water gushed through the bottom of the connection down the wet wall and wrecked the ceiling in the dining room below. The plumber was called and he came out and cut a big hole in that ceiling to inspect his damage and fix the drain connection. After 3 weeks the hole and damaged ceiling are stil there. The installation manager came out the correct the opening doors and to inspect the ceiling. He told me that a ceiling contractor would contact me the next day. That was two weeks ago. The installation manager has become unresponsive. I am considering contacting the AG's office to remediate the situation.

THE ONLY THING AFTER THE FACT THEY TOOK OUT A PIECE OF MY FLOORING AND NO I HAVE TO REPLACE THE PIECE IT WAS PLYWOOD I KNOW THAT THE FLOOR HAS TO REPLACED WITH LINOLEUM BUT NOW MY WALKER GETS STUCK IN BETWEEN THE SHOWER AND THE HOLE THE WATER CAN GO DOWN INTO THE BASEMENT NOW THE PLYWOOD WAS COVERING THST PIECE UP

the work was supposed to be done in 1 day. It took them a month to fix all issues. The plumbers flooded my pantry and bathrooms twice. We had to replace a drop ceiling (few panels) twice.

A little pricey but you really get what you pay for. A little light on following up.

From Chris, my sales rep., to Scott, my installer, to Kurt, my plumber, all performed their skills in a very professional manner. Scott and Kurt took obvious pride in "doing it right". I couldn't be more pleased with the results. All three were very pleasant to work with.

Shower is very nice and installation was done professionally in one day. We are very happy with the work and shower unit. The project does seem to be overpriced but in the space we needed a custom sized unit and Newprp provides that. Probably if we had shopped around we could have had a similar solution for less. Very happy with the results but next time we will try to get some competitive bids before committing.

The project took longer than quoted. During the installation my marble threshold was cracked. It is now four weeks and I have yet to hear from them about the replacement of a new threshold.

If your looking for quality work, these folks can do it. If you want good communication, sorry. There has been no follow-up calls to ask if everything went well...are we happy with the results...is there any other work we need done.

The shower from Newpro is beautiful.The installer did an excellent job with both the Newpro item and other items. I certainly would recommend the company to others.

communication within the company does not appear to be a priority. they almost lost my business, pre-sale, because I had to chase them.

Expensive, but better quality than you can find locally. Finished in one day as promised. Looks great

The screen makes it look really dark and tough to see out of especially on rainy days. Just way too much money for the windows versus other available ones.
