Very good quality, did COMPLETE install from the outside in. Screens are quite impressive. Best installers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and they cleaned up everything, even wiped down the stairs! Great product EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Great company and easy to work with.

They took my down payment of 2,564.00 on 11/9 I called them 2 weeks ago to find out when they would do the install and they would not give me a date.

They are the best energy efficient windows you can buy.

Not responsive. Failed to complete work twice. First time failed to show up on the agreed to date. Next time, showed up without the all the material. Stood up customer whose deposit NEWPRO has already cashed in October twice. Customer representative failed to call back even after committing to call on both the occasion. Lowest of low customer concern. Worst company I have ever dealt with So much for family owned company with customer commitment.

Although the presentation was rather lengthy, it was very informative. The product I purchased was more expensive than others, but I believe it is superior to others. You get what you pay for. I noticed the difference almost immediately and the windows look great! I plan on getting the rest of the windows replaced in the Spring.

the first person came to my house with out bring in the windows and he smelled of smoke cigarette. The second person did excellent and he did a great job and I brought six windows.

Salesman was very helpful, but he did press us to decide on first visit, and given a discount, we did. The installation was scheduled very close to his estimated date. The plumber & Newpro installer Eric were prompt and super professional. We are very satisfied with the result of what started as a bath crisis.

They did an excellent job. The installer and the plumber were very professional, they worked quickly, answered any questions I had and cleaned up very nicely. Only drawback was shower curtain rod was installed too low...they offered to hem curtain but never followed through

This has not been worked on yet but they seem like great people and they suggested a different product then I was thinking about. I am excited for how it will come out.

Windows were very expensive and I expected superb service. I got very good service but I was left with work to repair a damaged set of blinds and some touch up painting. The product is excellent, but I could have used other vendors for half the price, whose products would perhaps be satisfgactory.
