 + -1 moreMargaret knows the inventory very well. We told her what we were looking for and brought along material from the furniture in the rooms so that we could get a better color match. She was very helpful, explaining about the types of rugs, how to take care of them, what is and isn't necessary to get the best rug for our purposes, etc. She has two men who work for her, Luke and Caesar, who flip and move the rugs back and forth so that you can compare them with other rugs, in and out of sunlight, etc. It was so much easier than we anticipated. We thought we'd start there and need to continue looking but within days we'd decided what we wanted, they had been installed free of charge and we were enjoying them. Kaouds was having a sale at the time so the prices were very very reasonable. I would definitely return for future purchases and rely on Margaret's advice and expertise.
Description of Work: We went to Kaoud Oriental Rugs because we are new to the area, they were having a sale and they have a very good reputation. Margaret manages the Guilford store and she and her staff could not have been more helpful. We purchased a machine-made wool rug for the family room and a synthetic rug for the dining room. Margaret was very helpful in finding the best rugs for our needs. She and her staff delivered the rugs and installed them, free of charge.
