Good. The first attempt to tighten the shut off valves to stop the leak did not work. Came back quickly and replaced with new valves and all is well. He replaced an old flapper in a toilet with my new flapper which stopped the occasional drip sound. Also disconnected the electrical connection on a long time half disconnected non- working garbage disposal. It was money very well spent.

Waited approximately one month for a quote. The price I finally got was insane! This company, Perfect view remoldeling, should not be on Angies List.

The final product is beautiful. The remodeling had its issues with a longer than expected wait time to begin and extended completion time due to a late order. The workmanship was very good, the remodelers were very experienced, courteous, and prompt.

He was very helpful and prompt. We ran into a snag on the first design and he was quick to provide me with an additional option. His guys were in and out in one day working in my ungodly hot attic.

We contracted PerfectView after gaining estimates from them as well as two other companies. We selected them after detailed discussions with both Louis and Ruth. Their knowledge and straight forward approach allowed us to zero in on the best solutions for our two bathrooms while hitting our budget targets. PerfectView was the by far the best value because they have captive, talented, folks doing the demolition, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and tiling work, while working seamlessly with us as we separately hired the custom cabinet, granite, and the heavy glass guys. Ruth’s keen design eye and her suggestions were very helpful in selecting the fixtures, tiles, mosaics, and contributed greatly to the final product. Our bathrooms came out spectacular. A special thanks to Matt & Gary for their outstanding tile work. PerfectView is a talented, well managed, small company and we would definitely use them again.

(*note: PerfectView did not do the cabinet painting you'll see in the picture, but they did refer the painter to us.) The project manager, Ruth, was incredibly enthusiastic, and she was helpful creatively, too. For example, I originally wanted the blue-rust colored slate tile back splash, but it was a bit expensive for me, so Ruth found a variety of less expensive slate tiles for me to look at that were close enough to what I wanted. She also explained the pros and cons of various countertop options in terms of their reactions to heat, scratches, staining, etc. The workers who did the installation were quick, professional, and did a beautiful job. One thing I was (and I think everyone should probably be) prepared for is the chance of a delay in completing a project. Obviously we weren't PerfectView's only customer, so there was a slight wait (a couple of weeks) when a different project that had been ongoing for some time needed their attention before they could get back to us. A short delay was also caused by a miscommunication about a detail - something I'd asked for was either not noted or forgotten, so a new order had to be placed. (Not a big deal - I don't expect absolute perfection.) One thing I do wish the company would have done is schedule a walk-through following completion of the project. I'd think the project manager would be interested to see what her team did, whether they worked to her standards, and whether the homeowners were happy with the end result. Instead, there was an immediate cut-off after the final check was handed over on the last day of the project, and while I know I'm just a paying customer, I think it would have been better customer service (and encourage an ongoing professional relationship for future projects) to show up one last time for quality control and a conversational survey of customer satisfaction.

Great. The service technician did the job quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. In addition, Ruth, my contact person in the office, was also terrific.

The person was on time, and very personable. He fixed the problems and offered suggestions on other potential plumbing problems.

We decided to take advantage of PerfectView's plumbing promotion and after describing and sending photos of the leaky valve with the sales/office representative an appointment was set. The service tech arrived on time, and was entirely pleasant and professional. However the leaky valve proved to be above and beyond the tools at hand and capability. After replacing a part that he thought was the culprit turned the water on and ... leaked as before. I later learned after hiring a professional plumber that the situation was a bit unusual but a quick and easy fix. Outfitted with a very common plumbing tool he was able to resolve the issue in minutes. However we were out the charge for the extra service call and two parts. We called the office twice prior to submitting this review but no call back. Our takeaway and advice is when you have plumbing issues - call a plumber not a remodeling shop.

I contacted Ruth to get an estimate to remodel all three bathrooms in my new home. She missed our first appointment, so we rescheduled. She was very professional and nice when we met. I felt like she knew the business very well, and was certain I would be in good hands with Perfect View. She told me the estimate would be done in a week. I called after two weeks to follow up. She apologized and said it would be ready in a few days. I never received an estimate. I guess remodelers can pick their clients, guess I seemed difficult?

Great did job as advertised quickly and effectively

I found PerfectView Remodeling on Angie's List and am very glad I chose them. We had a 1968 era bathroom, so this was a complete remodel. There were no changes to the existing floor plan. I got an estimate from PerfectView and one other well-known kitchen & bath company in Manchester. The other company's estimate was $9,000 higher. We were very pleased with the PerfectView Remodeling company and their employees. Everyone was polite and respectful toward us, our home and our dog. Ruth, the showroom manager, was extremely helpful during the entire project and always responded to my questions or concerns quickly. She also helped me with the selection of materials and finishes, making suggestions that I would not have thought of several times. Gary, their carpenter and all-around expert, was great -- he does great work and is a valuable asset to the company. Chris, the plumber, did a great job on installing the plumbing/fixtures and always notified us when he needed to shut off the water so we were not taken by surprise. Additional workers Josh, Joe and Myro also did a lot of good work during the upgrade. The owner of the company, Louis Cook, also stopped by to check on things during the remodel. We are very happy with our new bathroom and can highly recommend PerfectView Remodeling!
