Everyone was very professional. They worked very quickly and did an excellent job. Arrived on time every day. We are very pleased with the outcome of our project.

Very professional and friendly. Mr Manning contacted us within a couple of days of our project post. After visiting our house, he provided reasonable cost estimates and was able to start the work within a week. We ended up expanding our work request to also include replacing our front door and replacing a porch railing. The work was finish within a week - ramp, railing and door look great. And they cleaned up all the debris. Very happy with the work.

They were good fast but pricey.

Great communication. Continually on the job until finished.I hired them to do walkway,and after that, 8' PVC fence, and a ramp for my motorcycle. Steve, my go to and builder is a 5 Star worker. Any project that I choose to do next Manning Construction will be my go to. I had multiple companies give quotes and they were very discouraging. Definitely give these guys a call.

Bill Manning was reliable, always showing up as scheduled. He and his crew replaced an existing deck and I am very happy with the completed job.

Review by John and Marilyn in Plainville Ct. Project: complete demo of 3 story porch and 3 concrete support piers. Bill came out and checked the project, we let him know what we wanted for a rebuild! Bill called us in a day or so with a quote to completely demo the 3 story porch, remove the 3 concrete piers, completely build a new 3 story porch that had the 2nd and 3rd floor with a 4 foot overhang over the 1st floor and re pour 3 new concrete support piers. This was in no way an easy project! Bill's 2 man crew of James and James did an excellent professional job in a short amount of time. They also did a great job of loading the dumpster and clean up. Bill and his team were great to work with, we would hire them again and recommend to anyone looking for a quality contractor who has fair prices!

They did a good job overall. I had a composite deck installed. The problem is if you do not specify things he will not offer any options and will make a lot of decisions for you. For example I had to specify that I did not want to see the screws in the deck if I had not made that comment he would have just used the screws that are the same color as the deck and not have at least made the suggestion. Also they left a bunch of adhesive residue that I assume was holding the railings together during transport on the material. Took me a while to remove all of that adhesive. So overall the work is good but lacking in any attention to detail.

Bill was great, very thorough and got the job done right.

Completed the job on schedule. Explained certain things to me and made sure I was satisfied from start to finish. Very pleased with the end result!

Manning construction did very good work. he returned calls promptly.we got the estimate, and helpful ideas about the project. we liked the price, and the suggestions, and hired him to do the job. work began right away and was completed several days later. even did a small add on to the project for us, when it was already done, and didn't mind. the workers were polite and professional. work was excellent and quick, and the finished project was better than I envisioned. I would recommend them and would use him again, and in fact already requested an estimate for another project. thank you

I put in a HomeAdvisor request on the morning of 9/26th. Within 30 minutes, I got a call from Wm. Manning Sr. He was at my home within an hour to review the job (replacement of sidewalk from front steps to driveway). He called me that afternoon with an acceptable quote. His son, Bill Jr., showed up the morning of 9/27th, jack hammered up the old concrete walk, had it all hauled away, built the forms, had a ready-mix truck show up and pour the concrete, and stayed for another 2 hours, working the pour, and getting the expansion joints, and finish just right. Bill Jr. returned the morning of the 28th to remove the forms. He filled in the area with some top soil I had, and cleaned up beautifully. 48 hours from request to FINISHED. I couldn't have been more happy! The results were GREAT.

job was done in 1 day to replace outdoor steps and add a 4 x 6 landing to the porch to make it easier for me to get in and out of my house and they did it without sonotubes, it incredible how good it looks.
