We discussed options with Bill Manning prior to beginning the project so there were no surprises as to how the finished project would look once finished. The crew showed up when they said they would. They were attentive to any questions we had and were very thorough with daily clean ups and other than a new deck in place when they completed the project you really could not find anything that they did not clean up to totally. Bottom line they were professional,polite, listened to any questions or concerns and delivered a finished the project in less time than I anticipated

William Manning built two stairs for our deck. It was done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up everything before they left. they gave me a fair price and did not add anything to the estimate that they gave me to do the job..

Steve and his co-workers did an excellent job building a porch for me, also repairing and rebuilding the roof, railings and floor of a covered bridge on my property. They are reliable, efficient and courteous. I would hire them again.

I was in need of an experienced company that would build an access ramp for my mother s house. Bill Manning contacted me immediately. He came out on a Thursday for measurements. Had his friendly crew start work that Sunday and by the end of Monday afternoon, the beautiful deck was completed. I am very pleased and impressed with the work that was done and more importantly my Mom no longer has to struggle getting in and out of her own house. Thank you so much!!!

On Monday a customer backed into my deck and destroyed the entrance to my business. By Tuesday, it was rebuilt like new with no loss of business. This INCLUDED digging out the old cement footing and pouring new ones. 24hrs? Are you serious? I will never use anyone else ever again. Thank you gentlemen, you saved a life!

I needed repair work to my deck, flooring, railings and stairs. I was having a hard time getting someone to actually come to the house. Everyone wanted me to text pictures. Bill Manning actually came to the house to see the job so he got the job. His men were timely, courteous, very conscientious of their work, communicated with me with everything they were doing, cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Manning.

the wood they used was so bad that they had to come back 2 times to replace split boards within the first 30 days! 60 days now and several pieces of wood on the flooring and rails are warped and pulling away from the cross beams. they put the guy who normally does the staining afterwards on the project and had to send out another person to fix all his mistakes and careless work! I would never recommend Manning or use them again!

I'm very pleased i chose this company the job was done in the time he said it would be. The work was top quality with an amazing price. This was my first time using homeadvisor for a project and it went very well. I will definitely choose this site when I am planning my next home reno.

Bill and his team replace our pressure treated deck with Trex and a new vynal rail. They were fantastic. Great job. We love it.
