They did a really nice job of replacing the front porch of the house. The workers were Very professional and hard working. The price was reasonable...Very happy with the outcome of the whole project and will recommend them anytime...

Bill responded quickly to get the job done. Showed up when he said he would. On good faith I paid him before the job was completed. Later the same evening I found out that the stairs was loose and shaky. I called 23 times and got the run around until finally a month and a half later he cam to repair. Shabby workmanship, I would never use him again, nor would I recommend him to my worst enemy.

Bill Manning is very thorough and professional. He did all the work with the town to obtain the necessary permits. He always arrived to work on the project when he said he would be there. There were no delays (except for rain), and all his workmen were polite and professional. He and his crew paid great attention to detail and really are good carpenters. If you want a no-nonsense, no-worry, no-hassle, high-quality project, definitely go with Manning.

Bill Manning responded very quickly to my request for estimate. He began work the following week and the project was completed in four days, the quality of work was excellent. The price did increase considerably between initial estimate and final price.

Bill Manning is a very fair customer service oriented contractor. He made positive recomendations on how or what would look best for the projects. The project involved changing an existing wooden deck to composite and building a 12' by 16' Pool deck for an above ground round pool. Bill professionally built an outstanding deck that perfectly lined up with an existing pool ladder I wanted to use. He accomodated all the requests and put an extensive ammount of time and thought into how the project was done. Bill has extensive knowledge and talent. He is an honest upfront contractor!, number 1 in my book I highly recommend Bill Manning.

Completed the snow removal as promised, however very expensive, may be due to the demand during Feb 2011. I spent $250 more than what would have been the cost otherwise.

I hired Manning Const. to repair a rental unit that had ice damage from last winter. Repairs included a new roof, new interior walls, new carpeting, new aluminum siding and ceiling repairs. I am very pleased with all of the projects - the best part was that communication with the owner was very open, honest and timely. I am happy to recommend this company to other Service Magic customers. This company deserves the five-star rating.
