I was very pleased with Manning Construction. Bill was very professional, timely and open for suggestions. J&J who built the handicap ramp were great too!

They came and did what they said they would do in a timely and very professional manner.

Manning farmed my job (concrete patio, stamped and stained) to Joslin Concrete of East Hartford. Mark Joslin was very easy to work with. He had many useful suggestions. The work was done in a timely manner and is of high quality. In addition, Mark and his crew did some helpful things and included some fine touches that I did not expect. The patio and surround looks great. Highly recommend.

Submitted a request in the morning to have snow removed from the roof of my house and a crew was dispatched that afternoon. They did a great job of snow removal of the roof and also surrounding areas of my home. Very pleased with the results and recommended them to a friend who also hired them for their services. I needed my crumbling, dangerous, scary, ugly front steps replaced. Had my idea, came out a bit larger than I planned...but it's GORGEOUS! I am really thrilled at the finished product....and yes, there is a 'honey-do' list, that needs doing....Bill may be busy! Very pleased....
