First time hiring David. Gave me a quote which was half the price of his competitors. Needless to say I was thrilled. He came the same day which was a plus plus. Pleasant when he walked in the door introducing himself. Checked out carpets said he could do it. No stains smelled great and pleasure to have him at our house. I had a great experience. I was moving out of my apartment and have a cat so there were pee stains in certain places. After the carpet had its cleaning it looked brand new and the stains were completely gone. I also was able to get the service the same day and they were amazing about coming in and getting it done.
