He's great! Always punctual. VERY professional, and knows what he is doing. Takes on a sort of 007 approach to the problem (learn the enemy, then attack it). Also really calm when visiting a rather chaotic household. I definitely recommend him and would hire Tom again in a heartbeat.

We had a new window put in our home, the contractor found a nest of what he thought were termites. I called a few pest control companies one of whom was Orr pest control. A rep from one of the "BIG" pest control companies came over and proceeded to give me a small history of termites and the cost would be $825 with the one year guarantee.... Mr. Orr came over and took one look at the nest and said "it's just ants" no worries.. I will leave you a card and you can call me in the springtime if you like for something preventative for the ants.... His integrity and honesty is refreshing..highly recommended!!

Tom did a fantastic job.

He showed up on time and was very professional sorting out the problems and guaranteeing them as well.

Reasonably priced. Got back to me immediately, explained process and what he was going to use.

He was excellent. The bees are gone. No sooner had I entered the request was I getting a phone call. He got in his car that day and addressed the problem promptly. It was the quickest response I've ever had from a contractor. He followed up a few days later to assure the job was complete. Best of all, I didn't get stung by him or the bees.

He was knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt and helpful. Also the price though high, was reasonable.

The owner, Tom was very friendly and professional. Work was quick, efficent and effective. Cockroaches were all gone after intial treatment. Will use Tom again without hesitation.

Tom came out right away and sprayed the hornets nest then returned two days later to remove it. He was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Orr Pest Control again.

I called after 5pm, and got a call bacj literally 5 minutes later. An appointment for the next morning was made and Tom took care of the bee problem.
