I have been dealing with Tom for a few years now. I have an annual agreement with him and his prices are competitive. He always shows up for any issues we bring to his attention, and he is diligent at scheduling the quarterly home visits which are part of the contract. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He has been great to work with and look forward to many more good years of service.

Tom was here quickly when I first needed him. I thought I might have termites, but it was carpenter ants. He explained the difference, what to look for and sprayed. When I had mice in the attic, we signed up for a contract. He came often to monitor the problem until they were gone and comes several times a year to ensure we are mice free. I recommend him to anyone who has pest issue.

Tom is prompt, courteous and professional. He also explained exactly what he was doing and why. This will help preventive measures going forward

Excellent service and price competitive. Tom was very responsive and very detail. We had a rodent problem where they're getting inside the house. Tom not only set traps but also plugged the crevices around the house and foundation to ensure there is no entry point. Needless to say, rodent problem has been eradicated. Won't hesitate to use them again.
