Mr. Orr had inspected my basement, but no service was needed. My home inspector had mentioned 'minor termite damage' when i bought my house last month, but Mr. Orr saw no such damage. I'm happy that he was upfront and honest and did not try to sell me something i didn't need. I would definitely recommend him to friends and contact him for service in the future, if i need it.

Excellent product knowledge, excellent communication skills, prompt and efficient, goes the extra yard. The problem (Indian Meal Moths, garnered from a store-bought organic product) persists, but is receding, with the help of knowledgeable prevention techniques over and above the actual elimination technique (bug traps). I could not be more satisfied with Orr Pest Control. Tom called me very quickly and came out the next day for a quote. He must have spent nearly a hour assessing my termite problem, and explaining everything I needed to know about termites and treatment options. Extremely through. Another Servicemagic "pro" came by the next day, spent 5 minutes and gave me a quote 40% higher than Orr. So I called Tom the next day to schedule my treatment, and he had another job reschedule, and so he came out that same day. He's very friendly and will answer all your questions and concerns. I'd recommend Orr to anyone needing any kind of pest control.

Timely work and well priced.

Mr. Orr was very professional - very friendly - and very quick to respond. We had an ant problem - that wouldn't go away. We had hired another exterminator prior - had a 3 month guarantee - and the ants just never went away even after several attempts. Orr Pest came in - assessed our problem outside and inside - and haven't seen any after only 1 treatment. I highly recommend them and wouldn't think about calling any else with any future pest issues.
