Orr promptly does exactly what is promised. We originally contacted Service Magic about mites but found out it was due to a robin's nest built outside of our front door and we took care of it ourselves. When Tom called we requested ridding our home of mice. He has educated us at length about mice and what we have been doing wrong. And he is doing it without the poison the other services use. We did not want rodents dying in inaccessible places again. Highly reommend Orr.

Tom Orr(the owner) answered my call at 8:30pm and immediately set up an appointment. He was there on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and then showed me when he was finished. His follow up is excellent. If you're looking to get rid of mice in your house, this is the guy to call.

I talked to 3 different pros from Service Magic and decided to go with Thomas Orr. He came out the same day, checked for termites and wrote up a fair estimate. A week later, he completed the work, plus gave me a discount on treatment of carpenter ants. Tom was quick, professional and fair priced. I highly recommend him.
