Description of Work: Adwan did an AMAZING job assembling large/heavy furniture (it was really a two person job) and I would not hesitate to use him again nor would I hesitate to recommend him.

Description of Work: Before putting my condo up for sale I hired Adie to tackle a bunch of different projects ranging from a complex plumbing fix to building a decorative stair. He handled all of them with ease and efficiency, and throughout all of our dealings he was prompt, courteous, and friendly. For anyone who has struggled to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor, your search is over!

Description of Work: I had a long list of things I needed done and could not find anyone to do them. I had other people listed as handymen from Angie's list over in previous years but they were only interested in major projects and would not take care of small repairs. Adie responded to my email immediately and came by within days of when I contacted him. I showed him some of the work I needed done including the installation of two cat doors, replacing a hardwired smoke alarm with a new one with a ten-year battery, fixing a utility door that had come off its track and a few items I needed installed. Adie said he would give me four hours and do what he could. He came by later that week and took care of everything. I mentioned that my mother was visiting me and that the toilet seal had come loose in her bathroom. I thought I would need a plumber for that but he volunteered to take care of that as well. For $120 he was able to re-seal it and made sure to do it in a way that would allow us to monitor it for problems since eventually I will have to replace the floor because the leak caused the wood to rot. Adie is prompt, efficient, talented, punctual, and willing to tackle any problem you give him. I have been looking for a handyman for years and am very happy to have found him. He will be installing shelves, fixing a faucet, painting part of a ceiling with water leak marks, affixing a curtain rod, and possibly other things in a few days. When I am ready to tackle floors i will also be contacting him. He can take care of highly skilled larger jobs, though he is willing to tackle the small ones. I cannot recommend him enough.

Description of Work: My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Mr. Ashma. He was prompt. responsible and competent. He was flexible in responding to our requests. He performed a variety of services, painting, repairing our porch railing, mounting new hardware and medicine cabinet in our bathroom, adjusting a screen door that was not hung properly, and other like tasks for a reasonable price. We found him very pleasant and easy to work with and when his tasks were done he left the work areas clean and tidy. We have some carpentry and remodeling to finish later this year and we look forward to working again with Mr. Ashma.
