On time. Courteous. Efficient. Focus on details. Explained any issues that came up. Had to re-stretch and re-tack carpet in two rooms. Then deep cleaned them and another front room plus a hallway. Helped move furniture back. Was very quick. Price was affordable for the service received. Highly recommend for repairs and cleaning carpets. Will use again in the future.

The carpets remained wet for 48 hours. Equipment broke and the job could not be finished. The duct cleaning seemed ok, but how do I really know?
